I signed up with this company from a referral from my parents that had work done and receieved their reinbursemt on time, but that was the case with me. I paid upfront on 1/28/2022, but they told me that I can cancel at anytime and I woudl be refunded. I called them and they were supposed to send me people to fix my issues, but they couldn't find anyone in my area, so I found they from ****** and they came out and did the work, I paid them and they left. I turned in the reinbursement form both time immediatly after the work was completed, but it has been months and I have not recevied my reinbursements from either claims like I was suppose to. I've called at least 50 times, demanded to sepak with th supoervisor, but of course they are never available - during the week or weekends, its the same lady that answers the phone and can only take messages & gives apologiezes, and still have not received a callback, not to mention I'm still having the same issue! I need my money back. I waited 6-8 weeks for my reimbursement checks, for each claim, but nothing nor any answers! Please help me. The credit card company, for whom I recently disputed this charge a week ago, just told me that it's past the time to dispute it. I don't know what else to do! This company is definitely a scam and is only in business for new customer sign-*** to take people's hard-earned money, but that's it. I signed up with a home warranty company to alleviate the troubles of things breaking down in my home, but I'm having more trouble now before the fact, not to mention trying to save money and now out of a whole let of it! I'm accepting that you will verify with your bank account that you never sent me any form of payment, because every time I've called the customer service agent tells me there has never been any checks issued to me. Due to the poor lack of service and communication, I'd like to cancel my 3- year contract and a full refund along with the 2 reimbursement checks. I was told that I can cancel anytime and get a full refund when I initially signed up, as per the company's contract. I expect this refund & reimbursement to be completed as quickly as possible, because I'm paying interest on my credit card for this matter and I would like to avoid accruing anymore interest and put this bad experience behind be.

Called for a plumber. No plumbers would respond to the companies call. The company suggested I call a plumber and they would reimburse me. When the plumber was onsite, I called and got approval and was told what as covered. We were told to submit a claim reimbursement form. Claim reimbursement form with claim number and approved amount was submitted on 5/20/2022 and at the bottom it states it will take 30 days to receive reimbursement. On 7/6/2022 I called to check in on the status of payment of the claim. I was told it will take another 6-8 weeks to receive reimbursement from *** ****** On 8/5/2022 I called again to check on the status and was told someone would call me back. No on called me back. I called again on 9/14/2022 and I was told it has been escalated and that I should send an email as well to their claims email. The agent also informed me that the check was authorized on 7/11/2022, but it had not been mailed out yet. As of 9/27/2022 we have not received a call, email, or check for the claim. I called again today and was told the owner, *** ****** would call me. At this point, we just want to be reimbursed the amount from the claim reimbursement form. I placed a request for a plumber three months ago and have not heard anything. I have requested to speak to a supervisor more than 10 times and there is never anyone available. I've sent a few emails requesting my money back and no response. They refuse to supply me with any information for managers or the owner of the company's contact information. I am writing to express grave concerns I have regarding the practices of Complete Care Home Warranty, LLC.Approximately 5 weeks ago, on August 21, 2022, I contacted CCHW to make a claim regarding an issue related to my garbage disposal.After making this claim, I received an email from CCHW, as follows:"...Your claim has been filed for Garbage Disposal. Please allow up to 48 hours for a technician to be assigned to your claim. Once a technician is assigned, you will be notified via email with their information."Unfortunately, a technician was never assigned to that claim. When I called CCHW to inquire, I was told that the issue would be elevated, and that I would would be contacted by email once a technician was assigned.Several days later, with no technician still assigned to the claim, I called CCHW to inquire about the hold-up. Again, I was told that my issues would be elevated and that I would be contacted by email once a technician was assigned.On September 10, 2022, having still not been contacted by CCHW or an assigned technician, I contacted CCHW. On this occasion, I submitted a new claim for the garbage disposal, hoping for a better response.Several days later, I still hadn't received a response to my claim.On September 16, 2022, I contacted CCHW and was told that in lieu of waiting for a technician to contact me, I could have a technician come in, provide an estimate, and submit the estimate to CCHW via email for authorization. I contacted an authorized technician, who provided an estimate of $300 - the cost of replacing the garbage disposal + labor, and submitted this estimate to CCHW on Sept. 19. Having not heard back from the ************************* I contacted CCHW once again, requesting to speak with someone in Authorization. I was denied this request, told simply that I'd have to wait to be contacted by email.It is now September 25, and I have yet to be contacted by CCHW's authorization department.Business Response

I signed up for a home warranty with Complete Care Home Warranty in January of 2022 and paid $1,080 for the contract. In March, my AC unit had an issue and I filed a claim. Complete Care Home Warranty evaluated the unit and said declined to cover it because they said the damage was not from "normal wear and tear." It's a 20 year old unit.. things fail on a 20-year-old unit because it's old. So I was not happy with the decline of coverage. However, they did offer me a $400 "courtesy" payment because I was unhappy with their solution. I said fine and accepted the $400 courtesy payment. They said it would ***********-8 weeks for processing. In 6-8 weeks, when I hadn't received the check, I reached back out and told them I hadn't ever received anything. *****, who I had worked with before, apologized and said she submitted it now and was going to resubmit in July. From there, I haven't heard anything. I've called the phone number 20+ times and someone always answers, but a supervisor is never available. They forward you and then just leave a voicemail. This company is dishonest and a scam. I want a full refund for my policy of $1,080 and I want to never have to speak with these people again. I can't get a response and I've had no luck, despite countless efforts, to make any progress with these people.Business Response

That is my expectation at a minimum, but again, a full refund is the right solution as I've been ripped off and my time has been wasted with this home warranty.

RE: CONTRACT # ********* CLAIM # ***** We are in year two of a 3 year contract for our home. We started a claim on August 30, 2022 to repair our air conditioning, which was blowing hot air only. We opted for getting our own service provider and be reimbursed later. We got an estimate of $980 and forwarded the Claim Reimbursement Form that we had received from Complete Home Warranty via email to ********************************* with a copy of the estimate. We have not received an authorization to repair the air conditioning despite our calling into their customer service line very frequently. Their staff tells us that they will send a message escalating our case's urgency. Once we were transferred to a supervisor, but got a voice message stating the box was full. The last time we called, we were told they would send a message to the owner to reply to us...No answer. We tried to reach their "sales department" option, but that provokes a disconnect several times. We also tried the option for "Contractor Relations", but got a customer service staff who informed us that the only number that works is customer service. I explained that I was filing a complaint with BBB and asked if they had any other options available to us since we got no reply, and were told that they had no options. We will get our service provider to come and fix the problem and pay them because we need this fixed. We believe we will not be reimbursed, and that our home will not be covered for the outstanding 1-year duration of our contract.Business Response

I bought 2 insurance policies for a duration of 6 years that was supposed to expire in ****. Every time I called fir repair they say it I s not covered. On June 8th, 2022, after multiple calls without answers, and after I confronted them about them not being licensed to sell insurance in **********, they finally agreed to cancel my policies and send me a check for refund. I paid the policies at once for 6 years for a total of $3750.00, It has been more than 3 months now since the cancelation, I haven't got any money back. I filed a claim on July 27, 2022 with them regarding my central heat and air unit going out. This is covered by them under my home warranty contract I have with them. I waited a week for them to send someone out to look at my unit and no one ever showed up. I called them again and I was told they did not have enough technicians to send one to my location and I could get one I trust to come and look at it and email them the diagnostic results and what needed to be done. I did as they asked and to this day I still can not get an answer or my unit replaced. I do not know what else to do at this point being I think they are trying to make it last past December 31st that way they do not have to pay for it.Business Response

I signed a 6 yr contract with complete care home warranty back in July of 2021. The sum of the plan was $1950 and the term started 8/22/21 - 8/22/27. Back in July of this year I contacted the home warranty for a repair on my drier. I did not see any exclusions in the coverage nor did the customer service rep mention that my repair would not be covered.I paid my deductible and the vendor ********************** performed the work and needed to order a part. The tech returned two to three weeks after the repair was complete to get an image of the part number off the component that was replaced. Maybe a week or two after that, the tech returned to tell me they had not been paid by Complete Care Home Warranty and they would confiscate the part that fixed the broken drier to expedite getting the claim paid. **** explained that his boss has not been able to contact home warranty and was frustrated. I contacted the home warranty several days and was not able to talk to a supervisor or anytime to help me. Countless days I was on hold only to have to call drop and unable to reach anyone at home warranty. I ended up paying the balance to H.E.M repair and informed customer service at home ********************** I wanted to cancel the remaining years on my contract. Currently no one from home warranty has replied to the email I sent to ******************************** I would like to find out my options so I can sever ties with this company and recoup some of the money I paid.Business Response
