      If you received a CCHW (Complete Care Home Warranty) final notice, THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. Do NOT pay them, do NOT give them your information, they are not who they say they are.

      CCHW is a SCAM. They sent me a "final notice" of renewal and a fake voucher check to renew my warranty. well I never had a warranty with them. I called 3x to speak to them, got hung up on the first time, the second time the guy couldn't answer my questions as to why I was receiving this and it being "renewal notice", got all flustered then hung up abruptly. the third I called I told them that i never want to receive anything from them again and take me off their solicitations list. I feel bad for people that fall for this type of practice

      I purchased my home warranty around December of 2020. I have had a great experience with this company. So as of late had a few things that needed repaired and reached out to them. I have been calling them desperately and haven't gotten a response through email or mail. I purchased a 6 year policy for **** dollars. I purchased this for my home to be protected. Only to find out here that the company doesn't exist anymore so what am I and the thousands of customers supposed to do about our money. I regret to inform us we'll all probably be getting shafted company ripped ** all off. I hope that the BBB can fix this or at least the federal trade commission who I'll be messaging next please do the same everyone so we can get some sort of restitution this horrible business practices and shouldn't be allowed without financial consequences to them.

      I buy complete care home warranty for 6 years . Right now Im not able to contract customer service because their number is not working . I have problems at home so I need to fix immediately. They take my full amount of money . So how Im able to get refund also .

      Bought a multi year warranty for $2000 in 2020. Had one call to them to fix a roofleak/drywall damage from an A/C and they couldn't find a local contractor so told ** to get three quotes, send them back and they'd approve one of them. Never heard from them again. Tried to call today for an A/C water leak and drywall repair and they're out of business..

      ****************** am soooo disappointed. As most consumers, we trust most folks would be honest. I too purchase a 6 year contract with this company . The first six months was okay, then the bottom fell out. Could not get a claim thru, could not talk to a manager and the intake would only give you a script and not provide why an assignment could not be done, just check your email . Then suddenly calling the 800 number after a delay the recording comes on about a circuit. I knew THEN, this company does not exist. How can I get my funds back because i paid in advance. Please give directions and guidance to me and many others who have reached out to you. Thank you

      This company has been harassing me with nonstop scam letters to sign up for their fake home warranty. I have been trying to contact them to stop. The website doesnt work and no one answers the phone, so I sent a snail mail letter to the address they have listed. Thats even fake! The letter was returned as not deliverable. You cant even find them on ******* There must be a way to stop this scam! I WANT THE LETTERS TO STOP!!!

      I purchased a combo policy 12/29/21 to 12/29/27. We had our refrigerator go out 9/2022. My husband spoke to someone. they asked that we get a local eval and pricing and they would reimburse **. We sent the paid invoice, it was returned. we called several time the number no longer works. I spent ~$2000 for a 6 year warranty and it appear the company has ghosted **. I would like a full refund as I paid for a service never delivered. It seems that we should have a class action suit based on the number of complaints reviewed on this site. How do we go about this?
