      *** provided excellent customer service. I called late at night not expecting anyone to even answer the phone, and *** was so pleasant. She provided me with all of the options available to me and she answered all of my questions. I love that this company has local people answering the phones and she was able to give her direct line and this was not a call center. I hope if I need any services in the future that they go just as smoothly as my enrollment. **************** is so important and it's hard to find these days.

      The person that signed me up was very helpful and very kind. I am absolutely thrilled at how much is **vered and the price monthly and the ** pay each time a work order is called in. Ive been with American home Sheild for 6 years and wish I would of signed up with Elite home warranties.

      I called Elite today after much time exploring the ins and outs of this home warranty thing! The BBB was a big deciding factor. When I realized that you were the only company accredited and your rating was as high as it goes, it was kind of a no brainer. My call was taken by a man named ******, he was quite knowledgeable and patient with me. I had a lot of questions because I had called several other services and I wanted to compare them. I explained to ****** that I was newly widowed and realized that my husband took care of all things mechanical in the home, this was a very important decision for me. Thankfully he listened and explained, to the point that I was comfortable going ahead with my decision. Thank you for employing people that are helpful. Time will tell is this decision was a good one, I look forward to spreading the word if it is!

      I researched several websites like trust pilot, BBB, etc.. And through that I zeroed in on Elite Home Warranty. I spoke with ******** at length, he was professional, very courteous, and knowledgeable. He did not possess an upsell mentality , but at the same time did share discount options and so on. I was very happy with the transaction. I would recommend.

      I dont normally write reviews, but I felt like this employee deserves the recognition. After being ignored by a few several employees about my claim for days, I spoke to *************************. Instead of ignoring my questions and blowing me off like the rest, he actually got an answer for me and helped me get more money towards my claim since I am a new account holder. He was the only one there that cared that I had been in my house with 3 kids in ***** heat for a whole week. He is definitely an asset to the company and before him, I was tempted to write a bad review on BBB. Thank you ******!! You saved your company from a bad review!!!
