      ****** was very friendly and helpful in setting up my new home warranty. Elite offers a way better deal than my old warranty company. I look forward to working with them.

      *** was terrific and helped me through the whole process. Very knowledgeable and very friendly and made it easy ti understand options.I do wish it were easier to see options and that there was a Veterans discount.The website could greatly use a refresh, but the support more than made up for it.

      Elite Home warranty is the most comprehensive, customer service oriented ********************** company I have ever been involved with. I had a previous home warranty company that was a complicated nightmare to deal with. Elite is simple and super friendly to work with. I live in a rural community which makes it difficult to find technicians to respond. Elite finds them and gets them to my home quick. Super i.pressed. highly highly reccomend. Don't waste your money and time with any other home warranty company.

      I probably called 5-6 different companies for estimates and comparisons on the different plans. the representative that I spoke with was knowledgeable. I was very ***** and untrusting since we had problems with the previous home warranty companies. He answered all my questions. he was understanding and patient with all my questions and concerns. He wasn't just concerned with making a sale or pushy. He explained all of my million questions I had about rates, coverage, service fees, or contractors. I feel confident that Elite will work out very well. I will comment after I need to make a service call.
