      I believe that everything was handled in a professional and timely manner. From the initial phone call to schedule an appointment, to the technician's arrival and departure, everything went smoothly. The agent from Elite Warranty called and informed me of the necessary steps I needed to take for the technician to return and fix the problem, as he didn't have the required items to fix it on the spot. This was my first time using a service request from Elite, and I must say that I am extremely impressed. I feel confident that I made the right choice in joining the Elite family. I hope to continue receiving the excellent service I experienced today in the future.

      Outstanding Service!!!I had an A/C unit issue. Not coming on, only blowing air. Since I live in the country, ********, **, they said they had to partner with someone in my area to get a technician out to me. The company they sent was "******* *************** The guy they sent out was "*****". Great guy and a great Technician. He knew his stuff. Resolved the problem in less than an hour. I called Elite that day to tell them how pleased I was with their service, and if I every have another A/C issue, use this company. Elite is, in my opinion, one of the best warranty service providers.

      If Elite Home Warranty is as good as their salesman ************************* I will be extremely pleased. I called five home warranty companies inquiring if I had been registered with them. ****** is the only one that pursued registering me with Elite Home Warranty, his company. Kudos ******! Actually can't wait to use your service. *********************************
