      The sales rep we spoke with, *****************, was patient and helpful without being pushy. Since we've had bad experiences with another company, we had a lot of questions and lack of trust. *** worked with us throughout the week to answer all the questions, and find the most affordable option for what we actually need. I feel safe to invest in a long term relationship with this company, with more peace of mind about not getting burned again.

      I saw the reviews of Elite home warranty on bbb.org and saw that they had an A+ with 4.97 out of 5 stars. so quite naturally this put me at ease with selecting Elite to provide me with a home warranty plan. Upon calling elite ********, a snake oil salesman talk me into purchasing a 3 years of front plan for $1649, with a ;lifetime lock on a price of $549, which after some thought and with the stamp of bbb, I bought the three year plan on FEb. 27, 2024. Fast forward to may 7, 2024 my dryer is running for a minute no matter what time it is on. I'm thinking no sweat, I recently purchased a home warranty plan from a reputable company. I paid the $70 deductible, and was told that nin ***** hours I should receive a call to repair. 48 hours later no phone call. I called Elite and was argued that they have 48 hours to service, i fought back that 48 hours was a noon, its after 4pm. after so back and forth i was told there was a "glitch" in the system. After inquiry what the glitch was, I was told that, the agent i spoke with was not IT, and did not know. I let Elite know that i was not happy.Later the agent called me back with in 5 minutes, and stated that appliance pro would be out to fix the problem between 2-4pm. I ******* appliance pro and called, only to find out it is a call center that asks your zip and connects you with an appliance repair company. First Elite tried to tell me that it had not been 48 hrs from Tuesday at 12pm until Thursday at 4pm And then they told me there was a "glitch" in the system. this is no fault of mine, although i sincerely believe this was just talk. then i was given a bogus company and a fake appt. i assume that they figure that they will figure it out tomorrow morning just say whatever and provide a late appt. speculation.No matter what happens moving forward. I want my deductible of $70 refunded to me as they did not live up to their 48hr window.
