      I found *************** to be very efficient, he emailed me the plans to review and explained the overall coverages. I hope that I won't have to use my warranty, buy its good to have some peace of mind in the event of a problem.

      I just purchased the Elite Complete policy. Representative *** was incredibly helpful. I had tons of questions, but he never lost patience. He even answered questions I didnt know I should have. He is the reason I chose Elite over competitors. I certainly hope Elite is as good as he represented them to be. Thanks ***!!!

      I called Elite after my frustration with ******** **********.*** walked me through Eite's coverage, and even gave me the opportunity to review the sample policy over the weekend. He followed up with me on Sunday as he said he would, and I wrapped everything up with him the following week. He seems to be very honest and was transparent about the rates and possible increases in the future. He made me feel comfortable enough to switch, so I will give it a year to see how things go.

      I was looking for a home warranty company through the Better Business Bureau because I had previously signed up with a company that seemed to be a scam. When I saw the A+ rating for Elite Home Warranty, I decided to give it a try. I think I had had it for about six months when I needed a plumber. I called and spoke with *****. It was literally Christmas Eve weekend! But ***** got someone out and all I had to pay was my $70 co-pay! A couple of months later my dishwasher went out. Again, ***** was phenomenal! She had a brand new dishwasher sent and installed through *********** Elite Home Warranty responds quickly. You can easily understand the customer service reps. **** dont use overseas reps. ***** has been phenomenal to work with! She is professional, knowledgeable, understanding, helpful, and kind! She has taken care of things quickly and listened to my concerns. If I had a company, I would want to hire her not only to do customer service but also to teach it to new employees. You wont end up listening to several options trying to figure out which one to choose. You will get a real person. And if you get *****, she responds kindly, efficiently, and quickly solves the problem. *** told friends and family about Elite Home Warranty. If you own a home, Elite Home Warranty is the way to go.

      They are a great company to work with. I poin 2 claims on Thursday both claims were taken care of by the following Tuesday Both techs from different companies had great praise for Elite I would highly recommend them
