      *** offered a very comprehensive and inclusive overview. He answered all of my questions and was patient; not rushed to close a deal and kick me to the curb when stating that I need more time to process the information and comparison shop. If the ongoing service is comparable to my experience with ***, I would definitely say that you all are in an 'Elite' category all to your own!

      Will, my contact with Elite was spot on. He made sure the job was done to my liking and followed up on every turn. I have been a bit off with Home Warranty companies as the last one was a downhill spiral. Glad I took the chance once again. I called in with an AC issue, a company came out evaluated the issue fixed the issue and off we go. Couldn't ask for anything better. LP
