      All this company wants is your money they took 2 weeks before they sent a technician out now its been 3 months and still have not received a check to purchase a new oven top microwave every time I call them they say check is going out this week. This company is scam. They don't deserve no stars.

      Worst company! Open 24/7 is a blatant lie. No claims people work on the weekend. I waited 2 months for them to repair my washer only to find out they couldnt repair the washer so it had to be replaced. That entire time they never called with updates. I constantly had to call them to find out what was going on. Bring it forward to today, Monday, my hot water heater went out on Wednesday night. I contacted the company. Got them to send out a service man who came Friday morning and said that they would be back in touch to come and repair. All weekend. I tried to call for updates because no one wants to live without their hot water heater. No one ever answered the **** phone. I could talk to people in sales, but I couldnt talk to anyone about my claim. Come to find out theyre not going to repair my hot water heater. They say they dont cover it. So I paid $70 for a technician to come out to find out that its not really going be covered by the warranty system. The customer service representatives are extremely rude, if youre able to talk to one. Do not wasted your money!

      We had another home warranty company for over 20 years and their quality of work and costs and deductibles were out of control so weve tried Elite Home warranty as a change. Weve had several claims so far and the quality of contractors is much better and pricing is also better. Ive spoken to several customer service **** at ********************** HW and all are very helpful and professional. I have found ***** extremely helpful and upbeat even working nites and weekends. *****: thanks for picking up your phone and taking care of the customer (me).

      Elite Home ******** has provided excellent service. The contractors were the problems. I had several no call no shows from the contractor, but the maintain communication and assisted in getting my dishwasher and fridge repaired. So far, I have no complaints about the company itself. But would suggest they contract with more reliable companies

      First service request with Elite Home Warranty company as of 10 minutes ago. *** and ******* were excellent customer service representatives. Looking forward to the completed service call.Thanks thus far.

      It's my experience and impression that this company is only interested in money. Their customer service is very weak. I think they want to lock you into monthly autopayments and then they do what they can to help you forget you have services with them. They never sent us a copy of our service agreement or policy. I have requested they mail us a welcome packet three times since we first signed on around nine months ago. We never got one. We never get e-mailed receipts for our monthly autopayments. ...and the worst, I think, is that no where on their Web site is there a customer portal for logging in to view or manage your account information. Their Web site is essentially one long advertisement. I recently e-mailed the company a "third request" for information on our policy and received a long apologetic response from the director of human resources (??) about how they did send it but it didn't get to me. She could have attached the documents in the same e-mail message, but did not. Ultimately, I don't think Elite is a real or professional company at all interested in a respectful relationship with their customers. Again, it looks to me like they only care about money.
