      It's my experience and impression that this company is only interested in money. Their customer service is very weak. I think they want to lock you into monthly autopayments and then they do what they can to help you forget you have services with them. They never sent us a copy of our service agreement or policy. I have requested they mail us a welcome packet three times since we first signed on around nine months ago. We never got one. We never get e-mailed receipts for our monthly autopayments. ...and the worst, I think, is that no where on their Web site is there a customer portal for logging in to view or manage your account information. Their Web site is essentially one long advertisement. I recently e-mailed the company a "third request" for information on our policy and received a long apologetic response from the director of human resources (??) about how they did send it but it didn't get to me. She could have attached the documents in the same e-mail message, but did not. Ultimately, I don't think Elite is a real or professional company at all interested in a respectful relationship with their customers. Again, it looks to me like they only care about money.

      I've had 4 other companies and multiple properties... ELITE HOME WARRANTY is by far the best. They always answer the phone, they treat the technicians right, they honor all of their agreements and they have never treated me any less than GOLD... that says a lot in this industry, make no mistake, I'm 100% serious.Special shout out to ***** ****, **** and all of the folks that have helped me sleep well at night with 3 big properties in *********. You're truly the best of the best, and earn it each time! I just hope I never have to open another claim again... lol But if I do, I'm glad it's with YOU.

      My situation is that my furnace went out in the middle of a Chicago winter and weve now gone 48 hours without heat. They still dont even have a service technician to come to my house. My family of five, one being a child one year-old the others four and six years old are huddled around a space heater because these people are dragging their feet. I should never have gone with them and I shouldve just gone and called somebody myself to get it done. Thats what Im doing now because they dont seem to understand the urgency of getting heat to a house with a baby inside it.

      So far as speaking with ******** everything went great. He was very helpful and informative with all questions we had. The one concern we have is the contractors you use when we make a claim down the line. I have talked to a number of people we know who have home warranty say the one thing they don't like is some of the contractors sent on claims weren't very good. Of course we asked them which warranty company they were using and it wasn't your company Elite. We will have to wait and see once we make a claim if we get the run around.

      First and last home warranty . Never again. Very bad experience turned into a nightmare. I paid $1650 in 4 monthly payments of $412.50 for a 3 year warranty. I did a claim for clothes washer. After 4 visits from 2 repair companies it still was not fixed in 3 months. The contract states they will fix or replace. They offered me $500 to settle the claim. I said no, fix it right not the cheap temporary rig that was not lasting. They said the first repair company will come back. A lie. After waiting that day I called that repair service who told me an appointment had not been made. I canceled to get refunded. All I got back was $847.70 ( a little over half ) I could not get more even with dispute on credit card. Too much time had passed. So apparently they know how long to put you off on your repair to not get close to your full refund even when they don't hold up to contract and lie about appointment. All a waist of money and time. I GOT IT FIXED ! THIS IS A SCAM BUSINESS Elite Home Warranty

      I have experienced nothing but above and beyond service from Elite. More specifically, Mr ******* ****** diligently worked to assist me in submitting my claim. He was such a great help in navigating the process.

      My reviews are concerning the outstanding customer service that I received from the ************* ****. The issue I was having had dragged out for a week and it was aggravating and I was miserable. I was at the point of considering leaving the company, because it seemed hopeless. When I called Mr. **** and wasn't able to reach him, unexpectedly when he realized he had missed my called he called me right back. I explained the situation and he assured me that he would get someone. Realizing he'd help me with my first claim I advised that same company coming out for this issue. He immediately contacted them and got me an appt for next day and the guys were prompted and quick with resolving the issue. Thanks *****!

      My experience with the contractor assigned to repair my ice maker was less than satisfying. On his initial appointment he quickly declared that it needed to have the temperature sensor replaced and it would have to be ordered and it would take a week to get it. After a week I called him to get an update and got no answer - not even a voice message. When I called Elite to get an update I was put in touch with Makeda who was very helpful. She said he would call me when he received the part - he never did. After two weeks I tried to call again with the same result. Later ****** called me and set up an appointment window for him to replace the sensor. She said he would call me to confirm - he never did. When he did show up it was earlier than the appointment window and we were not ready for him. He did replace the sensor and the ice maker seems to be working okay at this point.
