5 starsMy phone conversation with Mr. Nir K******* on 8/11/23 was very informational. He discussed what was covered in the policy and when it would start. There was no pressure from him to sign me on board and gave me a few days to look over the quote and check them out before accepting their contract. He listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, went over everything from the service call fee to technicians wearing shoe covers in your home, and thanked me for serving my company, as I am a Navy Vet! 5 starsI had been with another company for 3 years and after the second raise of the trade call fee decided to look at others. I researched 5 companies but Elite was the only one within an A+ BBB rating. I talked with Nathan who gave me a full run down of all their services and different options. I Just signed up for Elite Home Services. Nir did an excellent job explaining the provided services and answering my many questions. My previous experiences with a different home warranty company have left me “scarred” and skeptical of this industry. I just signed up for a home warranty plan and Nir was pleasant and very informative. He made me feel very comfortable with this process. If I have to file a claim in the future, I would hope that Elite's service reps are as pleasant as Nir.Elite Home Warranty

5 starsStellar service! This was my first claim. I'm so glad I've switched over to "Elite Home Warranty" they truly live up to there name, it's top notch. Everyone is thoughtful they actually take care of your issues as if it were their own. Mason my claim executive was great and a few amazing ladies who's names I can't remember you know who you are. Thank you once again, you've earned yourself a very loyal customer.
