I was a little frustrated at first and wanted to cancel the entire warranty, but when I tell you Tracy took on my case and went above and beyond. By no means and Im discounting what the rest of the team did but Tracy sealed it for me and I truly appreciate everything she did. Her entire attitude showed me that she genuinely cared and I wasnt just another customer. There need to more people like her..it wasnt just a job and I was more than just the next person in line.Elite Home Warranty

5 starsMy customer service from Elite Home Warranty was outstanding, from beginning to end. My A/C was not putting out cold air and the past few days have been near 90 and humid. Elite arranged for a contractor to promptly service our A/C. The contractor determined via a dye test (that included some sealant for small leaks) that our A/C had a leak and he added about 3 pounds of coolant. Even though the Elite Home Warranty doesn't typically cover A/C leaks, the Elite customer service rep, Brandon, worked with his manager to ensure the cost of all our repairs were covered. After having only paid the $70 service charge, I couldn't have asked for more. Just great customer service!
