      The sign up process with Nir was excellent. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was very polite. Elite is replacing my current home warranty which seemed to have way too many complaints. I feel good to make the change to Elite.

      I have been through a couple different experiences with home warranty companies and this by far has been the easiest. Nir made everything a breeze. He was polite, knowledgeable and respectful. He answered all my questions over a weeks time or more until my husband and I could finally make a decision. He was very patient with me while I navigated it all. So for right now, I am extremely happy with the process. I can only hope that if I ever need to use the warranty that things go just a smooth. Thank you Nir for making this a good experience so far!

      Elite Home Warranty is the ONLY warranty company I will EVER use! My AC went out Tuesday night. I called them 11pm Tuesday, technician called me the next day to set an appointment and they were there at 9am Thursday morning, fixed it and were gone by 9:30am!! I have used other home warranty services which avoid paying up at ALL COSTS. Elite, on the other hand, is the real *****. FANTASTIC SERVICE - *** ELITE HOME WARRANTY!!! ??

      Mazan and Elite Home Warranty were great! I had a refrigerator drain plugged up due to freezing ice blocking the drain during the thaw cycle and water puddling on my floor. Initially I was told it wasnt going to be covered. I wasnt totally surprised by that. The tech came out and fixed the issue and to my surprise EHW covered the cost (less the $70) initial charge. Im very happy and grateful I signed on with EHW!

      I signed up for Elite Home Warranty today and had an amazing customer service experience. They answered most of my questions before I asked them and was able to answer my remaining questions without hesitation. I signed up for the Complete plan because it covers all my needs (with a couple of add ons (roof and pool). The top reasons I signed up were the 24/7/365 access to file a claim, turnaround time (1-2 days) for a technician and the set service fee.

      I had switched from a previous home warranty about 6 months ago to Elite Home Warranty. This was the first time using the home warranty for my air conditioner that quit working in 116 degree weather. Tracey answered my call, a signed someone the same day. The company came out got an approval in the spot to fox my air conditioner. From start to finish it only took 5 hours, where my old home warranty would have dragged on for two weeks or more. If anyone is looking to switch their home warranties, this is the company for you. Tracey also called me while the technician was here to update me. I can’t say enough about this company! Thank you, thank you.

      So I spoke with Nir today from Elite Home Warranty and he answered all my questions about finding a plan that works for me. I signed up for the Elite Complete Plan. I found Nir to be knowledgeable and personable and I had researched a few other companies and decided to go with this one. The price I thought was fair and I signed up to get a better rate by an extended policy for 39 months. There is a 30 day waiting period but that seems to be the norm. The company seems to be up front with costs and how it all works.

      Nir did an awesome job of explaining everything and if they perform service calls as quickly and efficiently as he he did his they will get a 10 star review from me!
