      Cesar was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. If Elite's customer service continues at this level I suspect that I will be very happy with my choice.

      I just signed with Elite. I spoke with Nir who explained the program to me and answered all of my questions. He is very pleasant. I am weary of home appliance companies but he explained they are doing it differently and are very honest and transparent. If they can't repair, they replace! Fingers crossed that I have an amazing experience!! ??

      Customer service was just great. Elite seems to have created a great system to handle my broken ice maker We always new what was going to happen. The contractor new exactly what to do. He was confident and knowledgeable.Replace damaged part and things are great. I highly recommend Elite and your service man.

      This home warranty company is amazing, I always get someone to help me very quickly on the phone. My dishwasher decided to put in its retirement papers all of a sudden and I am so thankful that the people who helped me left me with actually no questions! They are on the ball with handling your claims and keeping you well informed of the entire process which was super fast. No complaints here.
