I can not speak highly enough of your personnel. From Jamie who began my claim to Tracey who concluded my claim. They were friendly, courteous and professional. 5 starsI believe the associate's name was Tracy. Tracy went above and beyond the call of duty to help me! She was absolutely amazing! When the initial manager told me 'no he could not help me', however Tracy continued her diligent research and found that my issue was a gray area. She pushed to continue to help me with this issue and because of her I was taken care of. Tracy is definitely an asset to this company! She is a role model others should follow!
