      My experience with the contractor assigned to repair my ice maker was less than satisfying. On his initial appointment he quickly declared that it needed to have the temperature sensor replaced and it would have to be ordered and it would take a week to get it. After a week I called him to get an update and got no answer - not even a voice message. When I called Elite to get an update I was put in touch with Makeda who was very helpful. She said he would call me when he received the part - he never did. After two weeks I tried to call again with the same result. Later ****** called me and set up an appointment window for him to replace the sensor. She said he would call me to confirm - he never did. When he did show up it was earlier than the appointment window and we were not ready for him. He did replace the sensor and the ice maker seems to be working okay at this point.

      Talked with ******** this morning, shopping for a new home Warranty plan. He was fantastic. I feel super pleased with the deal I received. Now I hope the service technicians will live up to his standard of excellence.

      I really appreciate it ****** , he was non-pressuring very informative and very easy to work with! It made it much easier to make a decision whenyou did not get high pressure! It may not have been the most competitive right, but I have to say I felt like it was the most ! Thank you, ****** for an excellent job! Thank you ******* **** Ps, I will send you more business! I am selling so I will use you for my sell of the home!

      My claim was opened on 10 Jan for my oven. A week later on 17 Jan a tech came out with a replacement repair part. The replacement part did not fix the oven. On the same day the tech called Elite and told them the repair part did not fix the oven. To this day my oven is not working and I have not heard from Elite Warranty. On 26 Jan I called Elite Warranty to get a status and it appears that nobody is tracking my claim. When i called the an Elite representative their notes said my claim was closed. The representative i spoke to then said someone was going to call me the same day. Today it is now 27 Jan. ****** has called me, I'm still waiting, and my oven is still not working. This is the type of customer service ********************** provides. Just a lot of hurry up and wait with no sense of urgency or quality care. Just a lot of waiting.

      Elite home warranty, is the real deal. I was pretty upset that my washer and dryer couldn't be fix and thought Elite home warranty was gonna give me the run around due to the time frame. Unfortunately my washer and dryer couldn't be fix but they gave me 85-90% to help get a new washer and dryer. I was really surprised due to my last insurance company that took forever and didn't live up to the policy. I highly recommend Elite Home warranty and want to give a shout-out to ***** ********* the person who help me out and handle my claim. He was very professional even though I was ****** off, Had great communicated, kept me updated and actually did an outstanding job.

      They did a great job so far love how they operated. I paid before and did not have to pay the tech. Everything went so smooth and took 3 days from filing the claim to getting it fixed. Thank you elite. This is how a warranty company should run.

      I was apprehensive about these Warranty Companies, since I've dealt with some pretty bad ones. I'm happy to say Elite Home Warranty reassured my confidence in Home Warranties. I had my Heat Pump system fail on new years eve, put a claim in that night and had a tech at my house on Thursday. If you're thinking of trying a Home Warranty, give Elite Home warranty a look. You won't be disappointed.

      ******* ****** went above and beyond in providing excellent service and coverage to the claims I submitted. At first, there was a little bit of confusion on the claim(s). After speaking with *******, he **** deep and ensured that he understood and got to the bottom of the confusion. He was in communication with me the whole way and ensured I was okay with any coverage or payment for the claim. He worked and was able to to get an immediate appointment with a great company which took care of the claim in an exceptional time. I highly recommend Elete home warranty and they have great employees, such as ******* who will go above and beyond to ensure your experience is an A+++. I have had so far a great experience Highly recommend!!!I also must, once again thank ******* for all of his assistance, great customer service and his concern of my claim and did everything he could to resolve it. In which he did in a timely manner and I am very satisfied!!! He even gave me his direct number to contact him if I had anything else I needed to file and he would personally take care of.
