5 starsFrom my first conversation with Mir, I knew I was in good hands (contrast that with ******* **********) Mir gave me full confidence that I would receive the consideration that I was paying for - and expect from a noted company such as yours. aside: I think Nir deserves a fully paid, two-week vacation to *** ******* for his professionalism and dedication to the Elite family/team(s). I have been in limbo really as to what or where I would be able to find a reputable company I could have complete trust in. Suzy made the transfer easy and stress free. Im locin ************* ** and my water heater had a issue of not getting hot. I contacted Elite and got Nathan on the phone. Nathan was awesome leading through the process being that this was my first claim. He answered all the questions I had and communicated with me every step of the way. Nathan set my appointment up with a vendor, ********** ********** *** ******** owned by **** ********. **** was awesome...best experience I ever had with a technician. ********** was a reflection of the awesome service I got from Elite/Nathan. Nathan even did a follow up call after the work was done to check if I had any questions and my experience with ********* **********. I would % recommend Elite to any family or friends. 5 starsHome warranty companies, as a group, have earned their universal reputation: worthless. But this one is dramatically different. I have over the years used--or tried to use--three other home warranty companies. All the others were complete ripoffs: high on promises, but MIA when it comes time to repair or replace an appliance. Elite did precisely what they said they would do, and they did it with a smile. We had a couple of conversations about the exact amount of my claim, but Jayme resolved the issues very professionally and promptly. The result in my case: a new replacement washer for just a few dollars out of pocket. When I was shopping for coverage, I discarded all the others and took a chance on Elite, which I knew nothing about, but I liked the way the company presented itself. Turns out that the presentation is accurate. This one will restore your faith in home warranty companies. I highly recommend it.
