My orientation with Suzy could not have been better!! She has spent a lot of time with me over the past two days answering my literal dozens of questions about Elite, Elite’s responses in a myriad of scenarios, and reviewing Elite’s contract terms in detail, section by section. Suzy maintains a rare combination of poise, kindness, clarity, competence and direct professionalism as she has interacted with me. During an era of lack of such customer relations in large companies, it was very refreshing and assuring to work with someone who consistently possesses such ingrained attributes. I greatly appreciate Mr Nir’s patience as I processed the information I was receiving, and this not over one encounter, but several. Even when I did not sign up each time I called, I sensed nothing but patience with every phone call. My questions were fully answered, and in detail. And although I just signed up, it was refreshing to receive upfront answers to my questions, and with alternative solutions should those situations arise. issues I was having. Tracey answered and I found her to be kind, understanding, and very attentive. She was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to my issues and finding a plumber to help fix the problems. She is exceptional at her job and very professional. I appreciated everything she did to help me.
