      Our experience with Elite Home Warranty has been a good one after a rough start. *********** ******* worked hard to ensure we had a good experience after we were given the wrong phone number to have our contractor's work approved. Mr ******* more than made up for that mistake with his white glove service when he intervened to approve our claim quickly and get us started on another claim too. ***** proved to us that he cares about customer service. Even though we had no paperwork to understand how *** claims were made, Mr ******* patiently explained to us what we needed to do, since we had already chosen a contractor. Because of ******* patient assistance we have decided not to change our minds about renewing our contract with ***. We'll done ***** *******!

      ELITE HOME WARRANTY is my 3rd attempt at having an exceptional home warranty. Now, it shook me to not be able to go to a website to file claims, but I got over that real quick!! All you have to do is make 1 call and before you know it, you have a PERSONALIZED Claim Concierge that immediately works and hustles like crazy to ensure that whatever problem you have gets fixed. And guess what? Sundays, anyday, even after 6pm- your Concierge will STILL be calling to set you up and take care of your issue(s)- before, during and after the service. Hold on, you are not available that day or time scheduled? The Claim Concierge goes BACK to the drawing board to get you correctly aligned, and will CALL YOU BACK, within 30 minutes in most of the cases that I have experienced! Definitely, Premium First Class Service! My Concierge, Michael ******, was the BEST! His professional demeanor, knowledge and ability was more than impressive AND that distinguished voice and accent made me feel that at any time, someone would appear in my empty home and say, "Pardon me, would you have any Grey Poupon?" LOL! And I was nervous and worried that if this did happened, I had NONE!! But SERIOUSLY- FIRST CLASS HOME WARRANTY CUSTOMER TREATMENT AND SERVICE is what I have received and I am estatic about it!

      I was really impressed with the quick response that I received the technician that came to my home was very helpful and the customer service representative Mr **** ****** walked me through the process and mad sure my oven was fixed in a timely manner I really appreciate all the help that Mr ****** gave me and my wife

      Very informative, very concise. Answered all my questions to a satisfactory conclusion. Very personable. Did not make promises he cant keep. You have a very good employee here.

      EHW is the worst company to deal with and please do not go with good reviews posted here. Some of them might be paid reviews as well.
      Anyways, coming to the point - EHW has been worst ever company wherein they do not have other way but the phone call to deal with them, Worst part is they will never call you when you file a claim to give any proactive updates. When you call them to get updates, it takes average 5-7 mins to reach them and to hear no concrete plan or solution.
      My claim 59779/1 logged on 9/23/2024 has never been resolved. The Tech did some repairs but was waste of time. When I called back to complain, they logged a new claim 59779/2 on 11/21 and I have had called them 15 times but no luck.
      The technician they have hired is Mr. Appliance and they are pathetic. Me being a mechanical engineer myself can easily judge their skill level. They sound absolutely non-technical.
      I am deeply hurt by this self-claimed Nation's number 1 home warranty company. I need a justice ASAP.

      ******** ***** was so nice - great customer service and we renewed our policy! We love Elite and have been extremely pleased with their service. We had to replace a dishwasher and Elite made it so easy, they did a phenomenal job. Highly recommend them!
