    This company is a scam take your money elsewhere. Furnace went out, made a claim over the phone the next day went to check on the claim and they told me to make one online. Made a claim online they told me that a hvac tech would be dispatched to my home. Called again the next day after receiving no information regarding the **** tech, to be told it was emailed. Still no email receive called again for the person to give me the info over the phone. Reach out to the **** who said they hadnt received an order from them. Finally after days of going back and forth, a **** tech was sent out took picture and sent it back to them. Now on 4 day without heat in the winter, called for updates to be given the run around and the phone hung up on me. I had to pay for my furnace to get fixed out of pocket. Contact them on day 5 letting them know I paid out of pocket because of there lack of follow through or update on the issues, to be told that in order for the claim to be approve I have to send them a maintenance history on the furnace. When asked how could I send a history when I just bought the house and inherited the unit and it hasnt even been a year, the person **** sarcastically told me to call the previous owner. This place is a scam and they are stealing people hard earn money with no intention on providing coverage. My attorney will definitely be getting involved.

    Stay away from this company, they don't provide service, they only collect the premium. :1- I submitted two service requests, and I received nothing 2- **************** is useless, and they always tell you are not covered 3- Since customer service can not help you, they will transfer you to someone who supposedly can help you 4- Regardless if you want to discuss your policy, or cancel your policy, or another complain, they will transfer you to one person, **** 5- This ****, is a big liar, depends on what you need, he will give you a proper lie 6- When I finally received a cancellation form, it was just an image file with so many conditions to prevent you from any complain about the company I hope they will have an issue with some lawyer that will be able to get them to court.

    If you are looking for home warranty dont bother with this company !! I sent this email to cancellation **** I suggest to review Choice Warranty 1. My premiums was charged twice 14 and 18 February 2025 I called 14 feb ********************************************************************************************************** I needed to pay the monthly premium before obtaining technician to be dispatched I told him I am automatically enrolled in monthly payments thats will be charged 18 Feb 2025 he continually told me I hade to pay before obtaining service I went ahead and paid my monthly premium with him over phone he then assigned technician 2. Technician arrived looked at electric panel and told me he cannot fix it he does not work on electrical panels. The technician did not charge me for service call 3. I notified customer FPW explained situation they provided me a new technician different company. Your claim TN-******* with First Premier Home Warranty has been assigned to **************** technician, ****** ELECTRIC, for service. I called them (plugz electric) they told me they do not work with home warranty companies. I called *** about situation they told me they will assign me another technician to call I also invite med the customer service representative that I my account was charged twice she said I will get reimbursed up to 3 to 5 days so far no reimbursement 4. I checked email 20 February 2025 I did recieve new technician from same previous company (**************)5. I paid monthly premiums for over a year with one claim that was not taken care of I want my reimbursement ***** and I want my cancellation completed today !!!I made a stop payment from my bank from this scam company I went with choice warranty you can cancel anytime without a fee!! They call technician on your behalf. You pay ***** for the tech Choice Warranty pays the remaining balance

    Total scam! Beware! This company is a fraud company. I have a claim from 23rd November, 2024, still did not get the cash offer i signed to accept. Basically, it pays back very little money of the actual repair cost if you are lucky. That also you have to wait months and months. Instead you can shop your repair options or may be purchasing the whole appliance would be better option. This company made me suffer everyway. So created the claim for refrigerator issue on 23rd Nov 2024. Now the repair man came the one they selected. I was supposed to pay copay of $45 as per VIP program I enrolled on for $2500 paid upfront. But now this company asked me to pay $85 copay. Okay, paid that. Now repair man game an estimate of $488 to fix the refrigerator. Contacted First Premier Home Warranty many times but finally on 9th Dec 2024, they sent me a cash in lie of claim form which is the only option they gave me that also for $220 which I am still waiting to get in the mid Feb 2025.

    My personal opinion is very poor business ethics. Bad business practice, say one thing and do another, and Very BAD customer service Zero Stars. Contact is not honored. My opinion is they are a fly by night rip off business.

    This business is Ripping customers off, because after paying a subscription to them for almost 2 years thet have denied my claim to clear my drain which was blocked. Making some Flimsy and Outrageous excuses. I can't afford to pay the plumber. What should I do?

    They have bad customer service. They never call back when you file a claim or attempt to do a claim. ********* and fine print information on contracts. Supervisors or the managers hangs up before you finish the conversation

    Will not fix anything want to give out cash for repair amount given is less than the part cost will not negotiate on anything stated take it or leave it when trying to cancel policy want to charge an astronomical amount for processing fees paid in full $586 for the year wanting to refund about 150 dollars I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want to just give away your money this company does not want to fix anything
