    Bought warranty in may 2024 for 2 yr contract. Filed claim in Oct. never showed up or contacted me. Call months later to cancel andagain Jan 9th to cancel and get refund and they said I don't have any thing coming back to me.

    I feel like this company is a scam. They haven't covered any claims submitted. But more importantly every time I talk to them I speak with a very unprofessional staff member who does not want to help me, and it feels like their claims processes are made up. They don't receive emails and ask you to resend them. They say they will send emails and never do. They say they don't have the power to do something so they "put a request in," but it still doesn't get done. There is no paper trail, just phone calls. They are apathetic and lazy. It can't be real.

    This company does not do what they promised. I filled a claim for my heating unit the technician that they contacted with said that I needed a replacement due to the fact that the unit had burnt out due to the age of the system first premier started that I was negligent and would need three years of maintenance records to get my heating system replaced and they would not let me speak to a supervisor saying that they were not available to speak with me or call me back. They have horrible customer service and are not ethical I would not recommend them to anyone

    I feel really frustrated. First premier warranty blocked me and I cant reach them. They just want my money and they dont solve the problem for I am paying them. Its a fraudulent company.

    ***** Premier Home Warranty is a complete scam. The first claim I filed was resolved and I published a positive review. The second claim I filed was a broken washer, which they offered a Cash in Lieu of repair that was less than half of what it cost to replace it. I contested and got nowhere with the company. My third claim was for my water heater. They sent a local plumber out to evaluate it and he told me it needed complete replacement. First Premier told me the claim was denied and again offered a Cash in Lieu or repair of $80...the estimate to replace it was $1400! Please do not give this company any business, they might help you with your first claim, but after you write your glowing review, they will never come through to help you fix what is stated they will cover in the contract. If you want to light your $ on fire, First Premier will gladly help you do that. If I could leave a negative star review I would!

    Worst company ever!. This company had us pay $60 for someone to come out and diagnose our 2 year old over the range microwave. The tech determined the motherboard was fried and the microwave would have to be replaced. They are trying to give us $50 and the microwave costs $479 plus the cost on installation. They're a fraud.

    First Premier Home Warrantys customer service is outstanding. Every time Ive called with questions or needed help, theyve been polite, helpful, and quick to respond. Recently, I had a question about my plans coverage, and their team explained everything clearly. Ive always felt well taken care of by them.

    This business is horrible, please don't use them, they are a rip off. My furnace went out and I keep getting the run around the part is 700 + dollars and they want to pay me $148.00 I have been waiting since December to get my heat fixed and each time it's a different excuse. Giving g them one star is overrated

    DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.!!!The worst home warranty company I have ever dealt with. They send out shady contractors that are within their network, hardly approve any claims, and make the customer and the technician jump through too many hoops to have a service completed. And thats if you can get ahold of them in a reasonable amount of time. -10/10 recommend.
