Their plans are comprehensive, covering all major systems and appliances in my home. When my dishwasher stopped working, they covered the repair costs entirely. Its a relief knowing my home is protected.

    Beware This company is fraudulent. They ignore and refuse to pay our legitimate claims.. They claim to be not responsible for claims and refuse to contact claimants.. The claims representative hung up the phone on me when I presented my loss. He outright lied as the emails clearly revealed.

    Horrible business. They sell the service without proper explanation of service and policy. It actually took a while for me to receive a copy. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years. They told me my appliances were too old after I was a customer for two years they tried to give me $100 for my microwave and told me to scrap it because it was too old to be replaced when I told them I wanted to cancel my policy, they did not follow through with the hundred dollars and now theyre making me send an email and agree to a $75 cancellation fee!

    I've been trying to cancel my home warranty for several months, but they keep telling me I have to wait 2&1/2 years before I can cancel, but my warranty says I can cancel at anytime, but they refuse to cancel.

    Filing a claim online with First Premier Home Warranty is incredibly convenient. *** filed multiple claims over the years, and the online process is quick and easy. Recently, I filed a claim for my furnace, and the repair was scheduled within hours. Their online system makes managing home repairs much simpler.

    SCAM I'm convinced any review greater than 1 star is a false review. These people are scammers, plain and simple. Apparently they have been issued cease-and-desists from a couple of state AG offices due to the numerous complaints against them. Please avoid at all costs. They will take your money, deny every claim, and not even give you the pro-rated refund if you try to cancel. If you have been scammed by them consider contacting your state AG as well as file complaints on class action websites (**************** ; ****************).
