    I have had a few different home warranty companies over the years. Never have I had any problems until this company. First they do not proactively contact you with the results of your service request. I opened an order on 12/16/22. On 12/22/22 I had not heard from anyone so I called them and they gave me the name and number of the service provider. I had to call them. The service provider came out quickly and they completed and sent their findings to First Premier. Again, radio silence. I called them on 12/29/22 and they said it was declined. When I asked why they produced a document I had never seen with all kinds of excluded coverages. I asked for a supervisor and was told they were all busy, but someone would call me. Never received a call. I called them again about a week later and spoke with a supervisor. He gave me completely different reasons for it being declined. I asked for a full refund so we could go on our separate ways. he said I had to email. I did on 1/6/23 and again on 1/15/23, still no word from them. This company is absolutely the worst. Do not do business with them

    Don't do business with this company They will not honor their contract with you about cancelation. Their physical address on ****** * in ******** does not receive mail at the physical address All calls are transferred to a guy named **** operation manager I have been fighting for several months and numerous calls to 1st premiere home warranty with no result correspondence or calls regarding my money refund for cancelation

    They are by far the worst home warranty, and ***************** Its terrible. Try to get a hold of them the phone rings forever. When you file a claim they dont cover you. They use every excuse why they cant do it. If youre smart youll stay away beware is someone else youll never get your moneys worth

    I give this business ZERO stars!!! I cant even believe these people are still in business!! They sell you a complete lie and they are frauds! I purchased a 3 year warranty paid upfront, because they told me that would cover x.y.z if anything would break down or just needed to be replaced. My first red flag was I didnt even get a real policy sent to me, just a "sample"policy, but ok fine. some months passed didnt even file a claim, I didnt need to but then my furance was acting up and put in a claim because thats what i paid for right, according my policy heating/furnace is covered for repairs or if needed replacement. The technician contacted me, we set up a good time for an appointment and he looked at my furance, he then submitted the findings to First Premier, Even meeting with the technican he gave me NO reciept for the $60 fee I had to pay for him to come out or any type of proof that he was there. I then waited a few days WITH no communication from First Premier about the claim. I had to reach out to to them to see what was going on. The customer service people are trained to be robots, they just say the same things, and when you ask to speak to to a supervisor or someone higher up, of course NO ONE is available. MY Claim was denied and i still dont really know why, the claims person was just reading from a paper and couldnt really tell me WHY?!!!....Needless to say I requested a full refund, they told me I would not get all my money back, that there was a cancellation fee, I was not aware about and that it gets prorated.I had to email them to get a refund, i did get a response saying basically after fees and etc were deducted I would NOT be getting anything back... WHAT!!!!!......ALL i can say now is this is not done and I am not satisfied on how they handled the whole claim, I want a full refund. My next step is filing a claim with my local news so they can call this company out on TV. BEWARE of this company...This COMPANY needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!

    Keep shopping for a quality Home Warranty Company. You get a Home Warranty to protect you in the event you have to replace your appliances. I have had two break since I purchased this warranty. $360 to purchase policy + 2 claims at $60 copay each. My HVAC broke. $12,000 to replace. They paid me $125 as a customer satisfaction payment. My dishwasher needed to be replaced. They only pay for what they feel the unit is worth now, $125. So far I have paid $480 for the policy and copays. First Premier has paid $275. In other words, even if you have appliances break while you have this policy, the policy won't pay anything near to soften the impact. My HVAC had rust (somewhere) so they refused to cover it. The inspector they sent out said I had to go to First Premier to get a copy of the report. First Warranty said I had to go to the inspector to get a copy of the report. The person they sent out to look at my dishwasher flooded my kitchen floor and scratched the **** out of my kitchen floor. He was clueless. I paid $13,500 to buy this home warranty, pay the deductibles and to pay for the new appliances I repaired. I bought the policy to protect to protect myself in the event an appliance breaks. I was unfortunate enough to have this happen twice. You would think, thank god I have a home warranty. First Premier paid $275 total towards the $13,500 for both issues. They will make their money. Even in the unfortunate event you have an appliance break, you come out worse than if you had never bought the warranty. Plus you may be lucky enough to have your house flooded and your floor scratched to **** GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
