      On September 29, 2022 the pick up service from plaza Hyundai picked up my 2013 Hyundai elantra coupe to fix the passenger side window....I spoke with someone that day and I was told the part had to be ordered that was 2 weeks ago....everytime I call I cannot get any answers to what going on with my car. I'm getting the run around

      In February of this year 2022 I traded my Jeep Latitude in for a 2018 Honda at the above mentioned dealership. The Honda vehicle was listed as pre-owned so a Carfax report was given. The rating of this Carfax report was a 2.2 out of 5. At that time I expressed concern with ********************* who handled the purchase, she assured me that the vehicle was safe and I would not have any issues. Entrusting her word as honesty I completed the paperwork and purchased the vehicle. Since then I have been to the maintenance division of the dealership several times, initially for damages that were not visible to a non-mechanic and minor, however twice for engine servicing, which is major(and the engine service light is on as of this writing). On the last visit I was informed that the brakes need replacement. Two weeks ago I came outside to a flat tire and upon going to a tire shop informed that the tires on the vehicle were bad, dry rotten. I may have misunderstood what pre-owned meant, I still dont believe it means a lemon, an unsafe vehicle. Please assist me with this matter. I need information on how to either take back this vehicle or take legal action so this doesnt happen to anyone at this company ever again. Thank you.

      Plaza automall specifically pulled my credit report after legitimately agreeing on holding off the credit pull due to me having to leave to work. I never authorized having the inquiry done while I was not present and seeking the complete deletion of this pull. I will do what must be done to satisfy this request. Plaza automall is completely negligent with the way they handled consumer information especially after attempting to lowball my offer of a 2021 Acura RDX A-SPEC AND ATTEMPTING TO PUT ME INTO A 2020 HYUNDAI ELANTRA. This is upsetting, frustrating and completely unprofessional in there approach and my attempt to speak to them over the phone to question the pull resulted in lack of professionalism once they answered me with oh well dispute it!

      Submitting photos of a consumer identification card and sign off does not warrant pulling the credit report. I never denied the action of signing off, I'm denying the right to pull it after we agreed to hold of until my arrival the next day. I honestly don't give a **** what the dealership states. The fact that the sales rep was so negligent and lacks the integrity to openly admit that my INFORMATION WAS NOT TO BE PULLED UNTIL I RETURNED THE NEXT DAY and deciding to still pull it is upsetting. And if this is the case then why hasn't the dealership reached out to me regarding the vehicle they wanted me in?? They did a credit pull and to this date I still have not received a call back telling me what my numbers look like post credit pull. 

      I'm not settling for the submittal of photo I'd and sign off on the credit statement as justification why they did this. We made it perfectly clear to wait one day because I had to go to work and that we would resume the next day. Not only did they pull it but they haven't had the decency to at least call me back and tell me what the numbers look like. So here I still own a vehicle I'm trying to sell back to the dealership, with a credit pull not authorized on my behalf until the next day but the dealership hasn't even called me back after the unauthorized credit pull to at least tell me my numbers.

      This customer came in to trade out of his A Spec to get into a Elantra and try to lower his payments. This customer was dealing with ****. He filled out ************** and signed the privacy notices. This customer had very bad credit and became sour when we told him that he needed money down or we  would need more time to work on it. *********************; worked the deal. This customer had a very low score and was 10k upside down on his current vehicle. The customer was here for a few hours waiting for an approval. At the end the customer was so upset about his situation that we did not pursue to move forward with the deal he could not get approved

      I never went to acura to trade in the vehicle for this Hyundai Elantra I went there because due to current market value was interested in selling back my vehicle to the dealership. That statement is *****% inaccurate. **** was consistent and persistent in low balling me into the Hyundai because with a low offer of 29k they could roll over the negative equity into the Hyundai, finance me for another 5 years and still be in the same position I was already in with the only incentive of removing that used car off there lot. I told ********** was in a financial stronghold and a trade in wasn't in my interest considering my current credit score and he kept pushing for me to trade in, roll over the difference and persuaded me to move forward.

      I completed a lease buyout with Plaza Auto Mall on 2/17/22 for my Toyota Rav4 (VIN #*****************). I subsequently cancelled the vehicle service agreement for Total Loss Protection ($500), ************* Gold Plus ($995), effective 4/14/2022 and Prepaid Maintenance ($500) effective 4/2/2022. ***************** was instructed by ***** (one of the owners) to complete and process the cancellations so that my TFS account can be credited. However, to date only one credit has been processed in the amount of $500 on 4/29/2022.I called TFS on 8/9/2022 and was advised that the vehicle service agreement has not even been submitted properly to allow for cancellation. The agreement is showing up in "rejected" status. I have been to the dealership at least 5 times and have received poor customer service. I emailed the dealership on the same date 8/9/2022 and was told that the agreements had been canceled. However no additional credits in the amounts of $995 and $500 were refunded to my financed account.

      On the 8/3/2022, I traveled from ****** to ******** and purchased 2014 highlander XLE ,the *** ***************** and paid $15,000.00 full paid in cash to **** ******* and *************************. I noticed the trunk bottom was defective and the bumper guard displayed on add wasn't available as of the time I was buying the car and **** promised that they will take care of them before the car will be towed away from the dealership. After the purchase of the car, I asked for the original title and the needed paperwork and he refused and gave me only copy of the title and copy of purchase agreement and said original title and other documents will be provided when the car will be towed away from the dealership the next day. On the 8/4/2022, I called ***********************,sent email and text message but he never responded ,then on Friday the 8/5/2022, I called him and he told me that they have sold my car on Thursday 8/4/2022 and I reminded him that the car was fully paid on Wednesday 8/3/2022 and he said he knows because he was the sales rep that attended to me and ******************. And I spoke with ****************** and another person named ****** both of them told me they are Managers and they both gave me attitude and are and not willing to give me my ***** let them to know what they did was illegal and fraudulent. Please,I will want your office to come into this matter and speak for me so the dealership can return my car that was fully paid same day on Wednesday the 8/3/2022.Thank you

      The customer wanted to set it up to have this vehicle shipped out of the country.  It took extremely long for him to set up his container and transport, therefore, we could not hold the vehicle any longer and it was sold.  We were unable to find another vehicle to his liking.

      I paid for a car in full, and they are refusing to give it to me. I just want the keys to the car I already paid for that they told we was in full working order when I bought it.

      They kept the car for 3 weeks and its still broken. I cant get out of the passenger side because the lock is broken on the inside, but anyone in the world can get in because the same door also wont lock from the outside no matter what you try. Truly ridiculous. Horrible business, if you want a working car that cant be stolen dont go here.

      I was told the wrong information when I purchased a car at the dealership. I was manipulated into purchasing a vehicle without the dealer properly explaining the situation and the outcome.
