      I have been using this app for YEARS, with no issues and once i try to withdraw 1500, they put my account under review and make me go through all these steps to confirm their suspicions. I provide them with ALL the information, and it all adds up perfectly and yet they decide to permanently close my account(I believe wrongfully) and withhold all of my money(over 2000). I will attach the email thread with screenshots. That should provide all the information you need to know. I want my money back, I believe they wrongfully closed my account and robbed me of my money.

Customers are only permitted to open and hold one Underdog account. Upon review, it was determined that the customer had been illegitimately operating their original account. ********************** has closed both accounts.

      My account was blocked, I had 400 dollars in the account and had recently deposited money in the account and they blocked my account. They ignore every and all contact I try and reach out with. Theyve blocked me on discord when trying to ask about my account they will only respond to my emails if i start off with I just simply need help, but once I bring up the issue is my account getting blocked. They ignore me and dismiss all conversation. Im looking to get the money that I had in the account back.

      My account was suspended after attempting to withdraw about $250 from Underdog. It seems they have no issue with taking my deposit of $200, but as soon as I attempt to withdraw profit, that is when they will ban me. I have had no issues with underdog in the past. I was sent an email asking to provide documents which I did, but have not received a response.

After receiving the complaint from the BBB, Underdog Fantasy's Fraud & Payments team restricted the customer's account. Documents were requested for potential underage activity, according to customers claim. Documents and reacknowledgement of Underdogs terms of use are required in order for reinstatement.

      I have been placing bets on this site for a solid week. My son told me about them and told me he would help me to try and win some money. At first I did nothing but lose and I was about $800 or more in the hole until one night I won $2499 and then $1021.25. The next day I wake up and my account is restricted. They wont let me withdraw any funds. They asked for further ids and validation. ALL of which I provided. Only for them to say I somehow broke the terms of service because my sons account apparently has some restriction on it that we are not even aware of because my son hasnt been on the app to bet in over a week since he lost last time and my account was created and validated BEFORE his account got any restrictions. They had no problems allowing me to deposit and lose my money day after day after day while my sons account apparently had this restriction. But now that *** won they have banned my account and wont allow me to withdraw my funds!!!!! This is absolutely unacceptable! Please do something.

      This company has provided zero proof of these claims. I am 71 years old and live with my son who is 24. He recommended to me to try to get on Undersogs platform on *** games, he offered his help since Im not tech savvy the account they claim to be avoiding a ban was banned AFTER my account was fully authenticed. They also allowed me to despot upwards of $800 of my own money while this other account my son owned was supposedly banned or had this restriction. Im 71 and dont even know what multi accounting means. Im new to this stuff. You guys know your eyes and TOS like the back of your hand and intentionally do this to **** **** your customers out of their winnings. NOT YOUR MONEY. Did you deposit ? Did you place those bets? No. Pure deception by the hand of this company. The refuse to listen to any sort of reasoning, or any explanation. All they wanted was to take their customers money and they did. Pathetic.

       They refunded the initial payments I made to them and refused to give me the $3500 that I rightfully won fair and square. Its very very scummy business practice, I won that money before any violation had taken place otherwise I wouldnt have even been able to place the bet. Not only that, but I had no idea my sons account had ANY restrictions on it and so was he. Nobody was trying to multi account or whatever that even means. Im a senior citizen who doesnt even understand these terms and tried to get into doing some sports betting as a way to connect more with my son. Predatory company, doesnt listen to reason or give any s*** about their customers like myself.

      On 9/24/24 I used this company to place a bet. My bet won for $625. I tried to withdraw money from the account but they locked and closed my account. They stated it was they had an issue with another person and I told them that it had nothing to do with me and that they should take that issue up with said person. Im filling this complaint to receive my $625 in FULL. It was $25 to win $625

      When winning $850 in bets on underdog off original $500 deposit, Underdog would not let me withdraw my legal winnings after providing proof of withdrawal method ownership and deposit ownership which matched my legal name. They were reluctant to give my $500 back so I had to threatened dispute and did not give my winnings back. They stole the money I won and deleted my underdog account but I verified information that was requested. They are attempting to scam me out of my winnings as they would not have refunded me if I lost any wages. Support is not helping, be careful.
