      Underdog Fantasy does not provide adequate information regarding stat counting in their pick'em section for Cumulative projections. It causes confusion on whether or not they count the stats using the standard fantasy format. Their rule is this, "Any projection joined by the plus (+) symbol means that that pick is a combination of those stats. 'Points + Rebounds + Assists' for example is the combination of all 3 stats". That rule explanation does not tell the user what those stats are worth and they don't have that information in any of their scoring rules. Underdog does not inform their users that each category, Points + Rebounds + Assists for Cumulative projection is counted as 1.0 fantasy points, which is not the standard fantasy scoring format. In the standard fantasy scoring format, an assist is worth 1.5 and a rebound is worth 1.2 fantasy points. This type of missing information is critical for their users to be able to make better informative picks.

      Starting between February 10th till February 14th I've been using underdog to place bets. I have deposited over $80 into this app in hopes to win. My first time winning started on February 12th after I made a second deposit of $40 to the underdog app. I won $100 but they never paid me in full instead they took my winning proceeds and split them in half without my acknowledgement they sent $50 of my 100 back to the app basically forcing me to keep betting and gambling on the app I did not make a big deal out of it I took the $50 they sent me on paypal February the 13th and didn't complain. I deposited my last $40 I had to get to work into underdog for the superbow. I placed bets on *** and the superbowl on the 13th of February in which I won a total of $112.50. I withdrew the money 4:29am on February 14th. They placed a whole on my transaction immediately and told me it was pending and would take 2-3 days. They sent me the first $50 it was processed within 24hrs so I was thinking it would be the same process. It is now Thursday they never processed my winning. I contacted customer support the 14th and the the 15th. But all they told me was they are expeencing high traffic withdrawls the problem will be fixed shortly but they never fixed it and they stopped replying to my emails. I went into my account to try and cancel withdrawl and resend it to a different paypal February 15th. I was never notified that my account was restricted nor did they send a email to notify me. When I went to cancel payment it didn't ask nor tell me anything except am I sure I want to cancel. I clicked yes soon as I did the $112.50 was sent back to underdog once I tried to re withdraw my winning they restricted my account immediately and never sent me a warning. I want a reimbursement. I've lost my job because I couldn't make it to work and I've also spent close to if not $100 or better on this app and I refuse to let them just take my money.

      On 12/27/22, I placed several bets that I shouldn't have and decided I needed to cancel these bets right away. I went to cancel the bets and the site would not allow me to cancel. I sent them an email and nobody even responded to my requests to cancel these bets. The games have still no occurred and the business still has time to cancel these bets totalling $550. Please find out what's happening with this. I would like a refund for these bets. I'm a new ************ didn't know the rules that a bet could not be cancelled once it is placed. Thanks for your help in this matter.

      This is the second time I've picked correctly and they rob me not to pay out. I have kept screenshot evidence for the this and it has happened agai. 3 months ago. I have evidence of this also. I want my payout plain and simple

      I have been using Underdog Fantasy to place their Pickem slips since early August of this year. I started with 50$ deposit and almost went to 0 on several occasions. After getting the hang of things and following some of my friends advice/picks I began to win. On 9/27/2022 I received an email accusing me of syndicate play. I was on a business trip and didnt check my personal email for a few days so on 10/3/2022 I responded asking what I had done to specifically break terms of service and to be accused of syndicate play. I offered to send bank statements to help prove that I was not doing anything against their terms of service as I have no desire to get kicked off their platform. They never responded and as you can see in the attached email it was a copy pasted message signed by another person than the one who actually emailed me. I went to their website and found that they have a Discord server so I joined and asked some questions in their support channel. While the gentleman in there was nice he was not able to help and not a single person, who he actually asked to help me, got back to me after several requests. I placed several losing slips up till today 10/16/2022 when I won two again using the advice and slips of friends, which they encourage! I have attached a screenshot of the support person in discord telling members they encourage it! Well immediately after winning I received an email saying I had 72 hours to withdraw my funds and my account was being closed.

      They shut down my fantasy football account due to Fraud they claim I like some family members use my card to pay there site and they claim I cant do that which would be fine but its not on the rules and regulations so how was I suppose to know. Also if you suspended my account which is bogus anyway but if thats somehow legal refund me my money
