I made an underdog account, deposited 300$, received 450, placed my bets. I was then banned that night for absolutely no reason that I could tell. I reached out to customer support, asking for a reason. They told me my account was restricted. I then asked a second time for a reason using their complaint template as specified in their terms of use, and again I got the same response. Zero attempt has been made by them to resolve the issue. I would like to either be refunded my initial deposit or gain access to the account but ********************** will not give me even a reason as to why they did this.Business Response

While betting on underdog I put up a $25 dollar bet to win 1500 I won and tried to withdraw money into my wifes ****** account not knowing that I have to use my own. The only issue is that I couldnt makes ****** account due to an existing account that I couldnt log into to delete the account no so I can then make my own I really enjoy using this betting app and fear that I may be permanently suspended for not knowing I had to use my own ****** account to withdraw. 01/18/2025 I won a total of 6 bets on underdog on this day. Once I won on me 6th bet I tried to withdraw some money because Im struggling right now. They proceed to send me a message saying my account is suspended and I have to do some verifications. Mind you all this time Ive been losing they never tried to suspend my account. All of a sudden I hit big all in one day and the threaten to suspend my account with no explanation. They dont have a number to call or anything I feel Im getting punished for winning. I have an account with ********************** for approximately 1.5 years. Over this time, I have made numerous deposits and withdrawals without issue. I recently received an email stating my account was temporarily suspended due to a routine security/identification check. In the meantime, I researched why they could be requesting additional verification, after having an account for a long period, and found it may be a violation if a deposit/withdrawl is made that does not match the account holder. I have used my sons account (with permission) to make deposits as well as mine. I was unaware of this and never attempted to circumvent the rules. They asked for both my sons and my drivers license along with bank statements. I provided all documentation requested. Over the past few days, my emails and chat request have been ignored. Verification of my identity should be instantaneous given the documentation provided. I have funds, earned legally they are not allowing access to. I have also asked what, if any, violation of rules were made. I am uncertain if using another account is truly a violation as this information comes from internet research. It appears Underdog has a history of disabling accounts and not communicating clearly or ignoring customers afterwords. My account was just suspended about over an hour ago on underdog fantasy sports and it was for no reason. I made a real money wager on a popular Pick em App known as Underdog. I placed a $10 dollar bet to be paid out as $30 if my wager won. My wager did win, but I was not paid out $30. I was instead paid $10 in real money and 20 dollars in Underdog bonus money. Underdog told me I agreed to these payout terms in their TOS, but I disagreed. I think those terms are against the rules of the *********************** board in my State. My desired resolution is to have Underdog transfer 20 dollars of my bonus funds to withdrawable cash. I still believe that cash ****** must be paid in cash per gaming rules. I think it is against the ********************* to pay cash ****** out in bonus funds. The company has still not provided any proof the are operating within the rules. I think Underdog is a scam company. They never paid me out in real money and subsequently have banned my account. I have to hire an attorney now.
