I deposited 100 dollars into the app. I won on December 06 2023 and initiated a withdrawal after winning $1200. Per the website you can expect your payment in 2-3 days if you cashout via the paypal option however we are on day 6 and I still have not been paid out. Support couldn't offer a timetable and basically the site is just holding my money. They are now not answering so im left in limbo. Wouldn't suggest using this application. There are way better ones with way faster payouts and helpful support. Its less about them taking forever to payout and more about their failure to even acknowledge it or offer remediation. At the time of this writing I am still waiting on my payout.I would like them to change their site/app to display the actual payout times which take more than a week.Business Response

Hello I am currently having a issue with this gambling app I initially tried the app out 2/12/2023 since then I have deposited money to this account multiple times but as of 12/03/2023 I won 200 cash that was never disbursed at that point I kept trying to attempt to withdraw money but at no point was I compensated so I canceled the withdrawal and ****** the money back to them but on 12/03/23 I again won 200 then on 12/04/2023 I won 450 dollars at that point I attempted multiple times to withdraw funds and never received the payment at this point I am seeking full payment and to close my account out do to false advertisement and pain In suffering this is not right can someone please help me get my funds thanks in advanceInitial Complaint

December 4th 2023 i entered a contests and won a total of 132$. I withdrew 100$ and left the test on the betting app. The next day, December 5th, I entered another 5$ contest. So later when I tried to email Underdog about my withdrawal, they tell me I have a restriction on my account because I have a card on different accounts and I only have one account. Ive emailed them more than 20 times in the past 2 days. All I want is my money off the app, they can restrict the account, I dont care! I just want my money! My account has been shut down for a almost 3 days now and it keeps saying account restricted so i went a head and emailed you guys but they keep saying they will get back to me in a auto-mated email, problem is I won $275,50 prior to the issue and I am unable to withdraw. I am writing in response to Complaint #******** regarding an Account Restriction. ********************** permits all customers to deposit and withdrawal with sources that are in their name and match the details on their Underdog Fantasy account. The customer was flagged on 12/06/2023 for sharing a source across another account on our platform, which is a violation of our terms of service. The customer has since been warned for the violation on 12/07/2023, and on 12/16/2023 they were notified they could continue using the source in their name to withdrawal winnings.Initial Complaint

{My username is: Slumptt}On December 4th, 2023 the *** held a game between the ******************** and the ******************* During that game a certain player by the name of *************************** was injured during the first play of the game. This injury caused him to leave the game and not returning at all. This meant my bet was going to be voided in most cases for other sports betting companies such as PrizePicks or sleeper. However, Underdog has declined to either void my bet or pay me. It truly is unfair as a customer because they are unethically stealing from customers. A player that gets injured on the first play should be voided. Now, I get rules and their policy but this shouldnt apply since it wasnt even near halftime. This should be an exception simply due to the fact that the player was injured on the first play, THE FIRST PLAY. This company is a complete scam. I deposited $500 and ended up winning a bit. My account got restricted and wont let me get or withdraw. I contacted support and they asked for my id which I sent. I havent heard back from them and am being completely ignored. They dont even have a phone number you can call for support just a email so you can get ignored. They now have $1000 of my money. If I dont get my account unlocked I will be filing a charge back to my card.
