      I played on this site for months and months with no issue then I won on the site and when I tried to collect my winnings they would not pay me and deactivated my account. I still have proof of my winning ticket.

      I am writing in response to Complaint #******** regarding Account Closure. Customer has violated multiple Terms of Use. In particular, the customer used third person credit cards and PayPal email addresses. In addition, the customer has violated **********************'s multi-accounting policy by creating multiple accounts on the platform, and sharing deposit and withdrawal sources across these accounts. Due to these violations, the Customer's accounts will remain closed.

      They are saying I violated a multi account policy, but if this was the case, why was the account ever allowed to be created? Furthermore, even after account creation, why was I allowed to play? Even after the fact, why was I allowed to deposit, play and lose on a consistent basis month after month? If this account was a duplicate, I shouldnt have even been allowed to deposit money into the account and play on their site per their explanation of their multi-account policy. This was not an issue as long as I was losing money. The only issue was when I finally won money.

      Noticed 2 fraudulent charges for Underdog Sports in my statement. One was for $100.00 and the other was for $50.00. Neither my husband or I are into sports or betting or have ever heard of this website. Yet, they seem to have received. $150.00 of our hard-earned money

      My husband and I noticed his debit card was declined at the store so he called the bank and they had frozen his card due to a suspicious transaction. After further investigation we were told by the bank that they froze the card because a transaction was made in Brooklyn ******** for a company called underdog sports llc. I had to ****** the name of the company and thats how I found out that its some sort of gambling company. My husband nor I have ever participated in any kind of online gambling, nor have we ever even been to ********. This has caused inconvenience because now he needs to take time off from work and go get a new bank card.

      I got a charge on my card for Underdog LLC and I contacted my bank. This is a fraudulent charge due to me not ever using my card for this business. I don't participate in fantasy sports nor does my husband.

      Hello,I have been using the Underdog App for a few years now and have not had an issue. This week they decided to restrict my account and ask for a picture of my license, my face holding the license, and a bank statement. That seems like a ton of personal information to ask for out of the blue. Any smart person would question why they need these items and their response is so that they can make sure I am participating in a financially sound manner. If my money clears then why should that matter? I would like the company to refund the $350 left on the app and close my account out. Based on reviews online from users with this issue, that will be easier said than done.

On August 4, 2023, you requested to have the remaining balance on your account paid out due to a responsible gaming restriction that did not allow you access to your Underdog Fantasy account. We responded on August 4, 2023 requesting the necessary documentation to review your account. You then responded, requesting that we keep the account closed. The remaining balance was then sent to the requested PayPal address on August 12, 2023.

      I use underdog all the time to place sports bets and I accidentally link my boyfriends bank instead of mines and the bank rejected the check of course because my name wasnt on it so the bank emails me and I have been emailing Underdog and trying to contact support all day and yesterday and I got on response and the guy ***************************** and then he stopped responding so I dont know whats going on I just want to receive my money

      I am writing in response to Complaint #******** regarding Refund or Exchange Issues. On June 30, 2023, the customer requested to have a withdrawal voided due to sending the funds to the wrong bank account. On July 6, 2023, Customer Support notified the customer that the direct deposit had already been posted into the original requested account. Thus, *********************** ****************** was unable to issue a stop payment to the withdrawal. The funds have now been paid out accordingly. Underdogs Customer Support team has resolved this matter.

      Date of Transaction: 04/11/2023 Amount Paid: $1980.00 What the business committed to provide you: I was given a fraud/void cheque by the company for $7400.75 and was told to deposit in my bank account to buy company products like iMac, iPad Pro etc. for my job. Once I deposited the cheque, I was then told by the employee - ***************** that company needs that money back as the softwares and iMac need to be ordered by IT people to get 30% discount and so was told to Zelle/Cash App/Wire transfer all the money deposited in my bank account. I zelled $1980 as told by **** and was asked to go to nearby banks to transfer all money as soon as possible to get my equipments get delivered on time. In sometime, I saw that the cheque was bounced and the money deposited earlier of $7400.75 was cut from my account. When I called my bank they mentioned that cheque was fraud and so was bounced back and money was cut from my account. I tried contacting with ***************** that to mention how my money was cut twice and to refund me back with $1980 but have received no response and he keeps stalling me. It is a financial fraud.What the nature of the dispute is: Refund of $1980 Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: No Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the business has failed to provide me with the refund or issue for the amount paid. As a result, I have suffered financial loss and inconvenience.I plead that your business takes immediate action to resolve this dispute by providing me with the full refund of the amount I paid.I have attached all relevant documents, all the MS ***** chat between me and the employee - *****************, the ***** transaction confirmation, the void cheque which was bounced and the amount being cut from my bank account, and evidence to support my claim, including proof of payment.

      I am an avid user of **********************. This is the second time I have had this problem with them. Whenever I attempt to log into the website I am met with an error claiming they are detecting the use of a VPN. This is not the case and I am in a legal state for this company. I have tried to use multiple different WiFi networks, however, this error has happened on each network. I have tried, time and time again, to message support and I am met with the same response, which is to turn off my WiFi, disconnect and try a different network, and to turn off any VPN. I try to explain that none of these work and am expecting an answer back, however, my messages keep getting ignored by support. As stated earlier, this is the second time this has happened to me and it has gotten ridiculous. I have tried messaging support agents on their Discord and was ignored by one and told by another that the issue is with the companies that provide the networks, when that is not the case. This is the same response they are giving to everyone and refuse to look into the problem on their end to see what the issue is. I find it extremely irresponsible and reckless by them and think it should be looked into.
