      underdog suspended my account and trying to get my money so its telling me that I cant do any withdrawal. I sent them everything they have been asking for and I never received a email back from them.

All participants must deposit and withdraw  with sources in their name that match their account details, per the Terms of Use. Underdog has requested documentation to review the account, which has not been received at this time.

      So on march the 6th underdog fantasy closed my account and said they would send my money back through intercheck i had been waiting patiently but then on the 7th day i contacted support and they said it would be here last week and i never got it so i emailed then again then they didnt respond and i emailed then on a different email then they responded i just want my money thats all

      Underdog is telling me that the services they provided to me were Illegal because they did not have a permit to valid provide the services at the time for consumers in the state of ******** (first attachment). During my time in *************, I deposited a total of $10,742 (bank statements attatched) to their platform. Due to Underdog's negligence, they provided me with a service ILLEGALLY that they did not even have a license for. I am today asking for all money I have deposited (amounting to $10,742) to be returned to me. I was a consumer of Underdog Fantasy for recreational purposes, and now not only are they denying me further service, but they are also denying me access to the money I have remaining on my account on their platform, claiming due to their negligence they cannot provide me anymore services. However, if they were not so negligent to have a false license to begin with, I would not have spent ANY of my money recreationally on their platform at ALL to begin with, so if this is the case, I would like for all my deposits to be returned to me and I will settle not to press further charges/complaints for this illegal activity that Underdog has been doing for the last few years.I am now no longer in ********, so I do not want any credit or store credit as I do no longer wish to be a consumer of Underdog Fantasy as they have wronged me with their illegal product. Only a full refund of ALL deposits will settle this dispute.

      My mom created an account with ********************** and didn't want to use it when she realized it was a fantasy site. I took it over, added my information in the tax fields, and deposited money with a card with my name on the card. When it came time to withdraw the funds, underdog asked me to verify my information. When I sent my ID, they said it doesn't match the account and they terminated the account and forfeited my money. The bank account they wanted me to verify was the account I used to add the funds. They chose not to verify me at that point and instead accepted my money. They chose to only verify me when I wanted to withdraw, which is when we realized there was a mismatch issue. They gave no options to appeal, no other recourse, just closed my account. I was under the impression I was always betting under my name. They also claimed they had sent me an email asking me to verify, which was never received. I am asking that they refund me my initial deposit as they should have verified me then, which is when we would have caught the problem.

      On 02/28/2025 I placed a wager of 50 dollars, and the wager pays 1200 plus dollars. Underdog fantasy ruled my bet as a lost, with ****** ******* getting 12 rebounds when the official *** stat shows ****** ******* with 13 rebounds. Under their contest integrity rule states that underdog reserves the right under its sole discretion to revise scores after they are released in the unlikely event of potential scoring error by a provider or underdog. In those circumstances the contest results may be altered, and payments reversed and redone, based on the correction.

      Yesterday I put in a 100 bucks in the date before that I put in another 100 and then both my parlays won 257 and a $111 and then they said they needed to do a routine security. Check and locked my account out and today after verifying all my documents they. Will not suspend my account. I just want to withdraw my mush.

This is a violation of Underdogs Terms of Use. In addition to these violations, the customer attempted to open multiple accounts on the same registration device. All ********************** participants are only permitted to own and operate one account. The customers account has since by restricted by Underdogs Responsible Gaming team due to comments made about the customers gameplay. The account is currently under review.

      I am writing to formally file a complaint against Underdog Fantasy regarding the unjust banning of my account and the withholding of my rightful winnings.I have been a legitimate user of **********************, adhering to all terms and conditions. However, without prior warning or valid justification, my account was suddenly banned, and my winnings were confiscated. Despite my attempts to contact Underdogs customer support for clarification and resolution, I have either received vague responses or no satisfactory explanation. It first started with my account being logged out randomly. At that point I had contacted a representative and made sure that everything was fine and the representative assured me that it was. Everything was fine for a week until today when I tried to withdraw ****** dollars. My account has been restricted without any reason. My withdrawal was cancelled and customer service is seemingly ignoring my endless messages. I provided my ID, a picture of me next to my ID, ****** statement, and also a card statement proving I am who I am and all information on the site is correct. I believe the cause of all of this was my winning. All of these problems started as I was winning more through the app. I believe this action is unfair and possibly in violation of consumer protection laws. I am requesting an investigation into Underdogs handling of my account and the return of my rightful funds. I would appreciate your assistance in mediating this issue and ensuring that Underdog operates with transparency and fairness. I am perfectly fine with getting my winnings and then never using the app again. Please let me know the next steps in filing this complaint and any additional information you may need from me. I look forward to your prompt response.

      This morning, 3/8/2025, I had submitted a withdrawal request of my parlay winnings which usually is deposited in my ****** account with an hour or 2. About 14 hours later my withdrawal was cancelled and my account was suspended ************************ username: *******. My account was suspended because I had initially used the same ****** account as someone I referred (my mother) who I currently live with due to the fact that I did not have my own ****** account and the rapid deposit option did not support my bank at the time. I had since been using my own ****** account which I had created for myself and have not had an issue until today. It had been months by this point. I do not use my mothers account and she had only used that account when she signed up. We both submitted the requested documents, but my current balance is held in limbo ($93.05) and they do not have any way to contact live representatives. I use the platform almost daily and have only ever used my own account.

      I have been using underdog for sports betting for the past two years I havent won in almost a year when I finally win my account is randomly suspended and my withdrawals are cancelled.
