      They refusing to pay me all my money after winning last night they taking money out of my winnings putting it on my account as bonus cash they only let me get $30 out of $49 I won they illegally doing this without my consent I didn't have any bonus money on my account until I won the money yall need to shutdown the company permanently they took the money I won they don't like paying people fully they find ways not to pay everytime I win they keep splitting my profits I'm also reporting this to the ***

      I placed a several 10/20 dollar ****** on *** last weekend having won 160$ they suspended my account when attempting to with drawl funds. They asked for ID and bank statements along with a photo. After doing all of this they are not withdrawing my funds. This company is a total scam!!! Underdog has no problem depositing money frankly my account they will still allow deposits but when you want your winnings they hassle and refuse to send them and then suspend your account this company is not legit. They basically take your money and when you win they dont want to pay.

      I recently won a lineup placed on Underdog Fantasy. After I tried to withdraw my winnings, it was cancelled and deposited back into my Underdog account. They have disabled features such as withdrawing or depositing for me now. I have contacted their support team, their live customer service, and their chat bot, but I have gotten no responses back.

Documents were requested by Underdog Fantasys Fraud and ******************** and upon review of provided documents, it was confirmed the customer was operating the account as a third party. The account has been closed, remaining deposit amounts were refunded, and winnings have been forfeited as a result of violations of Underdog Fantasys Terms of Use.

      Underdog Fantasy wrongfully suspended my account after I won and would not allow me to withdraw my winnings. My account was verified and all was secured when I signed on.

      Underdog Fantasy messages there was an unauthorized user on my account and would not let me withdraw money that I had already put into the account or the money I won on the account. Through several attempts to message them and resolve the issue they cancelled and blocked the account and took $195 that is my money. Now I cant access the account anymore and they will no longer respond to my messages.

      I have used the Underdog fantasy betting app for close to a year now and I deposited $300 into my account on ****** and that same day I won multiple bets to accumulate to around $600 and when I attempted to withdraw $300 my account was suspended and put under investigation, I then provided MY identification as asked, and then they proceeded to inform me the name on the ** does not match the name registered on the account. They then asked for clarification on how long I have been using the account I provided them with the information and then reminded them the bank account, email and file, the **, and the username all match and I had no idea why the registered name was different. They responded saying they did not feel comfortable reactivating my account and then they said all excess funds have been withheld. I simply want my money back since my account has been suspended. I deposited $300 and there is $480 in my account right now $300 original deposit and $180 was earnings.

      Just won ****** on 2/10/2025 on the Underdog Fantasy app under account (QUANDJ)I provided the requested documents immediately after winning then shortly after I was advised that my acccount was locked.I have been using my current Underdog account, placed bets, won & withdrawed using this account. Now that I won a substantial amount, im being told my account is locked because they found an old account. I totally forgot that I had an old account. The reason I created a new account was because I couldnt make deposits in the old one. But again I havent had any issues with payouts on my new account until now. I have made contact with Underdog Fantasy by emailing the support center as advised but I havent gotten any help.I am expecting payout of the ****** that I won on 2/10/2025. Please advise/assist.

      The customer's account was flagged by **********************'s Fraud and Payments team for a potential violation of Underdog's multi-accounting policy. Customers are only permitted to open and hold one Underdog account. Upon review, it was determined that the customer had made a second account as a means to circumvent a deposit limit that had been put in place by our Responsible Gaming. The winnings on the account were forfeited and both accounts were closed.

       The response from the business is not satisfactory because, my whole reasoning and and behind my statement is that, i shouldnt have been able to make a new account, i used the same information, no ill intention was committed if i knew i couldnt make a new account i wouldnt have, its not my fault i was able make one , i want the money i won back.

      Ive been using the new account for months , ive won thousands and withdrawed there was no issues but soon as i made ****** on one slip  they close my account, cant pick and choose.

      I recently won money on underdog fantasy a little over 400$, I went to withdraw it didnt immediately process so I went to bed woke up went to work. While I was on break I looked at the app and went to see the funds I attempted to withdraw in my balance, as well as it saying canceled withdrawal and now my account is under review I find this very fishy I might need to switch apps my user name is @******

      Underdog Fantasy has stolen $4547.72 from me. I recently won a bet after losing nearly $4000 on the app. After a couple hours my account had been suspended for no apparent reason. I uploaded documents in attempt to verify my identity and consumer support immediately banned my account with NO explanation. I have proof of everything.

      Underdog misrepresents their position and potential for the buyers opportunity to earn money. With the design of UX information, the player perceives that they are likely to earn more money than actual. Money is therefore spent under the condition that you have to play all of it to get any money out, requiring that if you import money, it cant be taken out unless you have earnings, eliminating any regret pulls

      The customers account had no play on the account after making a deposit that was tied to a deposit match promotion. Per the play-through requirements of that promotion, the funds required play-through, but no further account activity occurred. The matched funds were clawed back after expiring and the initial deposit has since been made withdrawable.
