I had to euthanize one of my dogs and was only reimbursed half of the total invoices I paid. They requested all of the medical records only to deny it and indicated that euthanization was additional follow up care that was not approved. I then attempted to cancel my membership. They stated they would cancel and are still trying to charge my card. You will never be able to speak to an actual person. 100% Scam.

This is a scam! Do not sign up for their services through the Tmobile Tuesday promo! They give you a year of service for free to get you forget about it and then charge you $99 the following year. If you forget to cancel they will not refund you and claim that they sent an email! They turn off the comments on their ******* channel and newer posts on instagram so people cant complain!

Total SCAM company. DO NOT use these fraudsters. They need to be shut down. I followed every guideline for claim reimbursement and they still denied it. You can tell just by their verbiage during the video exam that they are trying to cover for themselves and set up their scam to not pay. No concern for your family member(pet) whatsoever.

I got a free trail of the Pawp insurance for my cat. I cancelled it months ago after I rehomed her. I was just now charged $99 for a year even though I cancelled the trial!

If its possible to provide zero stars I would . The worst possible customer service and company policy. They are charging customers yearly fees based on auto renewal hidden policy and when customer reaches out to them they have no intention of returning the money even if no service was availed. Request folks to do your research and please avoid this company

Same as many others, scammed for $99 thru ********* Didn't even know i signed up for it. And to make it even worse actually had a Vet emergency that was $2K and could have actually used it, but didn't know I signed up for it. The company said they send an email reminder of upcoming bill, well that doesn't help when it goes straight into Spam folder. What a joke of a company

I called and got permission to take my cat to the vet after she hadn't been eating for 4 days. I then submitted my claim to them and was denied because they said I neglected to take her when symptoms first started. But the fact is that if I had called the first day she stopped eating they wouldn't have accepted it as an emergency not did I even realize it was an emergency at that time. I had the same issue with my dog a couple of years ago with this company. They are a scam. Do not use them!

Complete scam!!!!! Lost my chihuahua ***** after she fought liver and kidney failure. And they of course tried to say I didn't take her in time because the vet noted her symptoms showing 3 days prior. For a dog already suffering from heart failure and trachea collapse coughing is normal, so of course I took her to the emergency vet the second she needed to go. They are FULL BLOWN SCAMMERS!!!!

Absolutely amazing how they are still in operation. I've been denied before for a few claims that I submitted through another insurance agency, wasn't upset just disappointed but Pawp is a work of art, I am furious. "Pawp stands for Poor Animal Wellbeing Practice". I am not going to go into every detail because it still hurts that the love of my life has departed. But my baby boy was so cheerful and playful until the end. His lymphoma did return but the Oncologist and I had a game plan to extend his life as long as possible and it was working. Until, at the same time his pacemaker that was placed in January became infected and started moving under his skin. Once I saw a small shiny piece of it through his skin, I immediately contacted Pawp because the Cardiologist said if this happens it will become a medical emergency. Pawp agreed that it was an emergency so I took him to the emergency room but the ** sent him home. The surgeon recommended euthanasia or take him home until he passed away because at his age and with cancer, he should not be going through surgery. He was a fighter and long to live. Those were not options, especially when he was still eating very well and having a great time going for walks in the parks. We've come too far at this point to give up even if the cost was going to be another $10,000. The surgeon wanted to evaluate him and then give me the final recommendations. By my surprise they wanted to go through surgery to remove his existing pacemaker and place another one in his abdominal area. Even before this final visit, I called Pawp and they recommended to take him to the ** right away. Unfortunately when he was released from the hospital, he passed away at home a few hours later. After submitting the claim, Pawp continued to ask for different documentation until they found certain words to use against me in the notes that they could use as a way to deny my claim. I wish that I could explain everything but I am out of chrs.

Terrible customer service. Unauthorized charge and refused to refund the $99 charge despite same day request as the cancelation. Never received any emails about the upcoming charge as they claim but they are not willing to hear it. Stay away!
