  Pawp is extremely dishonest and unethical; I do not recommend them in the slightest. I canceled my recurring subscription for their service well in advance but I was still charged for a yearly renewal despite this. They also indicated to me that my payment failed, leading me to believe I was not charged when in fact I was. Despite never even using their service, they refuse to refund me.

  If I could there would be 0 star. The just steal your money. On the day of renewal I saw the charge and contacted them right away to cancel and get money back. I never used their service and they refused to refund. They keep saying they sent out an email for reminder but they just went into spam no people would see them. Most subsciption has some grace ****** of cancellation but what they only do is try to steal your money. Stay away from this company. Also, keep in mind that if you pets really have issue an online consultant does nothing. You need to get you pets tested in a real vet to know what's going on.

  This place is a scam! They charged me $99 for a service i opted out of at the very beginning. There is no way to contact them except through messaging on their app. Also there is no way to remove the payment method. I have had to cancel my payment method and now have to spend hours redoing all my auto payment methods for my bills. I have never even used the service they provided because the app is not very user friendly.

  I thought that I was paying $14 per month and then out of no where I got charged an additional $99. When I asked them to cancel it and refund my money they said it was against their terms and conditions. Pretty much the scum of the Earth.

  I have never had such a bad experience with any company unless they are fraudsters like this company. Not only is there app and services worthless which I figured out after ten minutes of signing up and realized that none of their advertised promises are real or good for my pet. I canceled and deleted the app. A year has passed and now they are billing me for Not canceling they never sent anything so I figured I was good. I shouldve followed up and now they have charged for a year of service that Im not going to use. I contacted their horrible method of communication Chat and email only (I wonder why?) and they said flat out said they wouldnt help! Okay lets pretend I didnt properly cancel why cant you even issue a partial or full refund if today is the day you billed me for services I dont need or use? This is clearly a scam and they know it. Stay away!!!

  I was in a free trial, then charged $99 that their website did not indicate would be charged, as it showed a $0 membership fee through ********* I attempted to cancel the membership before the charge even posted, and they refused to cancel the charge or refund the money. This is a scam. Their service is worthless, I did not use it in a full year.

  This is a total scam!!! they use predatory practices to get you on a year trial and then charge you a stupid amount for a c*** service. We got charged and canceled 10 minute after since we didnt uste the c*** service once and they refuse to give us our money back.Please do not do business with this company. You will ******** for the vet to tell you to go to a vet. Its a joke

  A greedy scam of a company. They charged my card without prior authorization, continued my membership without my consent, and refuse to refund me when I reached out to their support the team.AVOID!!!!!Take the money you would spend on this app and support your local veterinarian.
