      They claimed to have live customer service and do not. I created a return they will not accept it. Ive spent over $400 on a pair of glasses I cant use and they offer no help. I send them my prescription and it is 100% completely wrong.

      Im trying to either get a refund or change the glasses I received. The prescription was filled incorrectly. There is no live person to accept a call. The answer BOT is unhelpful,

      Do not purchase from ********** Lied to multiple times by support staff. Unable to reach a real person by phone despite website saying 24/7; even during business hours. Both provided emails on their cite send to unmonitored inboxes.

      Zero should be an option! I don't know where all these fake ratings came from but for a company like this to get the same order wrong twice, there is no excuse for it. They do not care about customer service or understand the concept. First order, wrong prescription and correct frames. Reproduced order, correct prescription, WRONG FRAMES. Ridiculous! No understandable humans at the other end of the phone when you can get one. No human eyes to read emails = NO customer service. We want our money back because they don't deserve it but now I feel like if we send them back again, we'll never see them again and then we'll have nothing for our trouble.

      I love my glass frames.However, I cannot see through the glasses. I have tried to deal with customer service explaining that I could not see through them because the vision was blurry and they could not help. They asked me to return the glasses and get a new set, but the prescription is right And there is nothing thats going to make the difference.except maybe tweeking them because maybe they are off the pupil. They do not have anyone that can actually verify that because I have progressive or am supposed to. Their customer service stinks. I spoke with **** ****** in a chat and he stated they dont have any way to adjust them. He insisted that my prescription was bad, but I have another prescription that the lenses got scratched and I can see perfectly out of them except for the scratch. So I am going to rate this company very low because they have no customer service to actually help once you get your glasses its either buying a new pair, or take a credit because they cant help you further than that.

      Needed some safety glasses in bifocal for work. They has some super cute (for safety glasses) frames. Minus one star because there was a delay in production and it took an extra 1.5 week to get them. I was notified, so knew it would be a little longer. While shopping & waiting, every time I chatted to ask a question I was passed to a human fairly quickly. The humans were all super professional & helpful. Finally got my glasses and LOVE them. Would absolutely order here again.

      WORTHLESS GLASSES NOT HELPFUL TO SEE BETTER BOUGHT PAIR FOR DISTANCE AND PAIR FOR READING (PERSCRIPTION) NO IMPROVEMENT FOR VISION GAVE IT 2 & 1/2 WEEKS STARTED HAVING HEADACHES BOTH WERE OF NO HELP! NOW I FIND OUT THEY WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!! YET YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO GIVE IT A COUPLE WEEKS AT LEAST TO SEE HOW THEY WORK OUT WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I FEEL LIKE I'VE BEEN ROBBED OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!!!!

      So for years now I have needed prism in my glasses for Binocular vision dysfunction. I had had multiple glasses from this company and paid for Prism in my glasses. After years of thinking I had prism in my glasses. My eye specialist checked all my glasses to find out non of my glasses had prism in them. I paid the extra fee and sent my prescription each time to Glassesusa.com. Beware this company will take your money and send you incorrect product. I finally after years have prism lenses from ****** and man the difference is amazing. Thanks Glassesusa.com for letting me suffer all these years.
