      Terrible service!My contact prescription had expired and an email was received stating my order would not be sent until a valid prescription was received. They sent my order anyway with the outdated prescription even though I had cancelled this *************** CC was charged without my authorization. They only apologized but could not help to cancel or say why this had happened.Eye health should be important for a company such as this and they put making money above their clients health.Worst service ever and I would honestly question their products.The first set of contacts I received ripped after seconds of putting them in.Theres plenty of places to order contacts from more reputable companies.

      I have ******** and tried ordering from glasses USA. First off they arent from the *** why are they allowed to have the name is shocking to me and they shouldn't be allowed to do buisness here. While ordering all through the process there is no charge. Then suddenly a charge is put up for the consumer to pay. Ive tried the same glasses same options and at the end four different numerical charges was added. Same glasses same options. Something illegal going on. *****, get em.

      Please don't waste your time or money. This was my first pair of glasses. They claimed to have a worry free return policy that's not true. They are telling me I can't return the same items twice and when I ask what items did I purchased twice because all 3 pairs of glasses was different they say it originated from the first sell.

      ***** customer service support. Unfortunately like most others I paid for fast shipping and have yet to receive my glasses. I tried to start a refund since they wont arrive until after the 3-5 day window and they said it couldnt be processed since my order is within time frame. Tracking your shipment is horrible, my updates basically say they shipped my glasses near my location and then sent them back to the original shipping address.

      Like many of the reviews before, do not order anything from this company. The service is terrible for a product that I paid for, which I have never received. I received a complete runaround from their customer service, which consists of nothing but automated responses through chat and phone calls. Do not get scammed and have your money stolen from this business.

      I ordered contacts. I received the order but the prescription was incorrect. I spoke with someone and was instructed to send the contacts back to exchange for the correct prescription. I was then sent the exchange but I received the exact same thing that I received the first time. Since then I haven't been able to contact anyone about the problem. I was informed I was going to be contacted by a representative about returning the incorrect lenses, but still waiting. That was about 2 weeks ago.

      I bought a pair of readers for over ******. I have done the toll free number and live chat multiple times. They continue to say I will get a label and I never receive it. Its the worst automated service I have ever experienced. I cannot reach a person no matter how many times I ask nor can I get these glasses returned. Dont buy glasses here if you return them its a nightmare.

      I have been waiting nearly 2 months for my glasses to arrive, and have been ignored at nearly every turn when i ask about it haven been given false promises to get a response in 3-5 business days by a bot, its been 2 weeks.

      Do not order from this company!!!. I ordered a pair of sunglasses that were supposed to have a prescription. I added my prescription information and paid for my glasses then the confirmation stated non-prescription. I used their live chat to understand what I was seeing, in which they stated that I could add a prescription for an extra $188. When I had already paid for a prescription for $94! I sent a copy of the screenshot that showed the prescription confirmation and they ended up offering me a refund within 7-10 business days. I called customer service next and they couldnt do anything except leave me on hold multiple times. I let the company know that they essentially scammed me out of almost $300 with their misleading business practices. I emailed them another copy of my screenshot, to which I have heard nothing back. So here I am, no sunglasses and no money and angry for being scammed. Save your hard earned $$$ and time and avoid this company like the plague.

      I ordered glasses online from Glassesusa.com over a month ago. They scammed my insurance out of 600$. I never received the glasses. There is no human point of contact for this so called business . Its not a legitimate business. Dont buy glasses online people. This Glassesusa.com is completely fraudulent. Stay away. I believe they are out of *****, but with an Atlanta Georgia address on paper. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! I know I do. Now *** had to buy 20$ readers just to be able to halfway function. Online buying is a complete joke.
