      Placed an order late April 2024. Lead time on a pair of safety glasses was "less than 8 days" so I opted for expedited shipping as I needed these for an upcoming job. Fast forward 10 days, site still states "in production." I reached out and they told me to "give the team a bit more time to respond." I waited 11 days and still no response, at this point i had had enough as they hadn't updated from "in production." I contacted them again and opted to cancel, they said "what if we just take off the shipping you paid for?" I said "no, just a refund please." They confirmed the cancellation, sent me a cancellation confirmation email and I thought I would be refunded. 2 weeks go by and I see they are still charging me through Klarna, they rejected my request. One week after this (a month after placing the initial order) I received the glasses and they are crooked and non-adjustable. I'm outraged, $150 they refuse to refund me for glasses they confirmed the cancellation on that I can't even wear. I tried to dispute it again in ****** and they denied as "it was never cancelled in their system" even though I have a string of emails with names attached. After reaching out yet again I asked for a return label as I couldn't wear these, and refuse to do so. A return label was provided, I have shipped them back within the 14 day time frame (I shipped them the same week) and they have been marked as delivered, yet they are still trying to charge me for a purchase that has now been "confirmed cancelled" (with receipts), shipped to me anyway, did not fit, and since returned.I have the receipts, the emails, the tracking number, everything.I will never give this business my money ever again out of principle and I highly discourage anyone from buying here, abysmal customer service with mass produced low quality frames.

      Placed an order, understood that it would take a little time to produce and ship. Waited patiently because I didn't want to pay extra to express ship it. Received the item after using a virtual try on and it was humongous. One of the arms was also loose. I made the return and asked customer service if they might be able to send me an expedited shipping code because I'm waiting for a second pair. All I got were scripted responses. The next three chats were full of the same thing. I felt completely unheard -- even after opting for a store credit instead (so I could reporter immediately). Found out that even though I dropped off the return through happy returns this company doesn't automatically give you your credit like everyone else does. So now not only am I waiting to receive glasses that actually fit me, but also to receive the store credit, then have to reorder and wait again. I told one of the people in the chat that I would like to just get my money back instead. So she said that she would put in a request and then promptly left the conversation. In my last chat, my last attempt, something similar happened and the person left the conversation without giving me an opportunity to speak again. I also tried calling, but even though they say they're open, you can't get human being. In a world where I could literally walk down the street and buy a crappy pair, it was a real bummer to be spoken to as if my needs don't matter when I'm willing to pay $100 for non-prescription glasses to an independent company. I work in luxury retail, and I have for many years. I go out of my way to make sure my guests are happy and walk out with what they need. Disappointing to say the least.

      Purchased glasses on 3/3/2024 from the GLASSESUSA.com for my husband, upon receipt of the glasses we discovered that the glasses were not what we order. We were sent the wrong order, so I scheduled to return the glasses. The return slip was provided and I returned items through **** as instructed by label provided. I requested at time of conducting the return, for refund to be reapplied to the credit card used to purchase the glasses; however, the system prompted that an store credit would be applied. I have recently attempted to verify the in store credit, to only find that no credit has been applied, and after many attempts to reach someone at GLASSESUSA.com I came to the conclusion that this method was not going to resolve this issue. After conducting research on google.com, I found an contact number and spoke to and representative, which told me that they had already issued me and in store credit through and email on April 3, 2024, which I have never found; so I have requested that the email be resent, but no such email has yet to be received. This is not to state not to purchase from the company, but to let it be known that the return and refund policy is flawed. I believe that this is two hundred and sixteen dollars that I will not be refunded.

      Glasses USA has excellent glasses at great prices. When there is a problem, they works closely with you until it is solved. Buy the insurance, I really appreciated the replacement glasses for the ones my puppy chewed up.Once I got through the computerized help and limited picklist, I got the help I needed. I hope they work on a way to talk to a.person sooner. I am sure they will work on that.

      The frames are nice. The lenses are average. The customer service and proper order fulfillment is the worst I have ever seen. I ordered a pair of glasses with progressive lenses with all the available options, including photochromic brown tinting for $99. Glasses USA forgot to add the photochromic feature to my glasses. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM AND SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON. They have an automated voice response system and "chat" feature. The phone system only gives you a few options and none of them anything to do with order issues and resolution. The "live chat" is just a bot that can only respond to canned questions, none of which are applicable to order issues and resolution. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRAUDULENTLY REPRESENT 100% SATISFICATION GUARANTEED AND 24/7 CUSTOMER SUPPORT. EVEN THEIR SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS REPLIES THAT THE *** IS NOT MONITORED AND ONLY PROVIDES LINKS BACK TO ALL THE AUTOMATED, USELESS PHONE FEATURES. RUN! BE AFRAID! VERY AFRAID!

      I'm very happy with my purchase, it's the first time in my life that I order glasses on line. I didn't know what to expect since I always have order in person locally in the optical store. It was easy to fallow the steps on the website. I'm glad I order them, my glasses are nice and feel very comfortable,most of all I can read with them.

      I placed an order for some contacts on 5/26, I believe, I received an email on 5/27 stating that they received my order and are working on verifying my prescription that should take 2 to 3 days. 5/28 The money was pulled out of my account. I have since reached out four times, providing them with my office information each time and desperately looking for an update on my order because I am out of contacts which I explained to them in all four emails. I have not received one response back. I called their number and it is impossible to get a human on the phone, its just a vicious circle of automated responses referring you to their website and their virtual the chat function. After telling the virtual assistant, I needed to speak to a human three times I was finally transferred to what I guess was a human. They were very polite, however, their response did not help me. She told me they received my email, forwarded it to the correct team and they are working on verifying my prescription. So please hang in there for 2 to 3 days and Ill get an update. Ive been hearing hang on for 2 to 3 days since May 27. I am out of contacts. I am going away in just over 10 days and I really need my order. I told her I would hold on until Monday and if I dont hear anything back, Im canceling my order and hoping somebody else can get it to me quicker. The lack of communication / updates and the inability to speak to an actual human with is absolutely mind blowing with this company. Its truly starting to feel like a scam site, they took my money, nobody is responding, and you cant get in touch with anyone at the company. All I need is my contacts. I just want the product that I paid for and I was promised would ship 2 to 3 days.
