      glasses came as described. did have to get them adjusted to fit face which is pretty much standard with online ordering . it did take the full shipping ordering time to deliver. It is diffucult ordering glasses online without in person try on but I got fully loaded glasses half of what i would have paid in store. paid the same price as if using insurance. most likely will use again next time.

      they either delivered my package wrong, gave me the wrong tracking number or something happened within shipping/transiting because on the same day they sent me information about my order being shipped it also said that it got delivered but TO THE WRONG STATE. It also said that it was delivered June 8th when i just gave them my prescription for verification that day! Also, the customer service DOES NOT help at all, no real person to talk to, JUST ROBOTS. Such a mess. I will not be ordering from this place again.

      I order two pair of glasses from Glasses USA and the two problems I had as everyone else is: Just as was stated, it is absolutely impossible to talk to a real person. The wrong address was on one of my orders and I tried to call with in the hours they say they are available to speak to you, and I got the constant automated system; so I emailed them and they responded to it and corrected the address. The second thing was, I paid for the fast shipping and did not get them as stated. That was fine. Other than that, the glasses I ordered came as what I ordered!! Love Them!!!

      This is my third purchase from GlassesUSA in just under two years. My first two pairs of glasses were great and held up as well, if not better than, other pairs I've had in the past. The current pair didn't come with all of the "extras" I ordered - one lens had polished edges, and the other did not. I also do not believe I received other features on the same lens missing the edge work. The frames are nice, but functionality is far more important. I tried contacting customer service but couldn't get through via phone or email, which was disappointing.

      Amazing! Used the prescription finder app, because I haven't been to the eye doc in 3yrs. It worked great! So happy, I went back and used the prescription to buy sunglasses as well.

      Order process was easy but the clip on glasses did not fit my frames. You made the return very easy but I was not ****** impressed with the drop off point for the shipping. They could have been better. Glasses USA did a very efficient job in purchase and delivery of the product they offered. I would definitely recommend them to others and would consider using them again.

      No fault of Glasses USA, but the frame was too small for face. My only complaint is that I paid for expedited shipping and it took more than seven business days to reach my house post production.

      Horrible. NO RESOLUTION. No in-person contact. No product and no refund. JUST SCAMMING FOR MONEY. WOULD NOT EVEN PROVODE ONE STAR.
