      Affordable glasses arent anything to scoff at, but the lack of customer service and accountability is too much to ignore when something goes wrong. Their timelines are often far off the estimates they provide, and trying to get any sort of real update is like pulling teeth. My review would vastly increase were their customer service to do the same. Why even have a phone number if, no matter what you do or what options you select on the call, it always redirects you to the online chat feature? When you do get there, good luck with their automated response system. Overall, I find it incredibly frustrating. It makes me feel twice my age, complaining about technology like this, but boy oh boy is it poorly implemented.

      BUYER BEWARE: My experience with this company is terrible. I placed an order two weeks ago and it hasn't moved out of the production. I was told it could take up to six days. I've tried to contact customer service via phone, email, and chat. It's impossible to speak to a human unless you're placing an order. Their chat bot is terrible. Their phone service is the just as bad. When you select the option to get a status text sent, nothing ever comes. When you send an email, you get a response indicating the mailbox isn't monitored with links to phone or chat, both of which ****. I wish I had dug deeper on the reviews. If I had, I would've gone elsewhere.

      This Company has lied to me from the very beginning about my glasses that I ordered on Jan. 25th, **** and lied about the completion of them, they lied about the glad being out for delivery and when I called and stated that I had paid you now you are required to tell me where my glasses are. The worker then stated there was no Supervisor for me to talk to when I asked for one and that the delivery was marked as delivered prematurely. When I said I have never heard of that and I want a full refund with my glasses they kept saying wait 48hrs and call us back to look into making another pair that they wanted me to pay for. This company should not be in business, as they have done this to so many others as I read after.

      Glasses were delivered with longer of a delay than I expected. However, when I forgot to add a coupon that would cut my costs and realized my error, they refunded me the difference. I successfully used the chat bot and used "other" category to give a free-form answer to accomplish that. The glasses meet my expectations for sturdiness and fit. What I saved on my glasses was worth it.

      They pour a lot of money into advertising, so youve probably heard of them. They should be putting those dollars into their infrastructure. On a Sunday, I ordered glasses that were promised in 3-5 business days. On Tuesday, I checked the order status only to find that they couldnt find my prescription despite having entered it *when I placed the order*. But no one ever notified me. No text. No email. Crickets. If I had not gone back on the site to check for a status update, Id never have seen the big glaring red error message on my order. Imagine my annoyance, then, by Saturday (SEVEN days later) there was still no status update on my order on the site. It merely stated we got your prescription. Mmmmkay.This is a full SEVEN days later. So I initiated a chat, which was also annoying, as you have to get through the bot to reach a human. When I finally did, the rep was unable to tell me where they were in the process. Have they started my order? Is it completed? Is it waiting to be shipped or on a truck? Is everyone having cocktails? No idea. The best he could do was say wait till Monday. Thats awesome, guys. I need these for a trip. Next week is too late. For a product that is promised in one to three days, Im sitting empty-handed seven days later. Never again, Glasses USA!The Better Business Bureau may permit the merchant to respond to my complaint. Despite how professional that response sounds or how they try to pass the buck back to me to make this trash can fire transaction appear like it was my fault, please know this was 100% NOT the case. They botched this order. And theyre not taking responsibility for it. *Those* are the facts.

      They're great! I love the color,and my eyesight is perfect. I'll be buying my next pair from "GLASSESUSA" when I need a pair of glasses again.

      No customer service! I got an E-mail saying "while my order was being processed" and my CC was charged but I never received an order confirmation with the order number. It's impossible to get any updates w/o order number and impossible to speak to anyone. Terrible. I spent the extra money to get 3 day service and I get no service.

      This company is a complete joke!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered glasses on January 7th ****. On their website, it states that single vision eyeglasses take 3 days to produce. It is now February 9th. I have tried to contact someone from this company for a month, and got a call finally today, and all they could do was tell me they were sorry. No resolution, no compensation, no accountability, and no glasses. Anyone buying glasses would be better off with another company. This, by far is the worst experience in customer service I have ever had. Btw, don't bother calling their number in hopes of contacting a human. It is an automated system that leads to nowhere.

      Ordering was quick and simple. I was able to use my insurance benefits. I ordered and received my glasses within about a week. I received several updates as to the order being in progress and when it shipped. The glasses were of great quality. Would order again.
