      I loved that they worked with me.. Even though i made a mistake on my behalf on adding prescription information, they never gave me a hard time but gladly made me a new one with the right prescription that i had undated. Love doing business with them and will continue to do so !

      I've bought several sets of glasses here. Great customer service and everything just as promised with returns, warranty, etc. My sunglasses were awesome until my niece fell on them (tickle fight). The 2-year 20/20 warranty was well worth it because I loved those sunglasses, so I'm excited about the replacement.

      Ordered glasses, said they were delivered but never came. This is a garbage company with garbage AI bots that cannot assist you. I can't even request a refund because none of their options to chose from state - missing glasses.Stay away from this company, and someone please take ******* out of their name. They are criminal and fraudulent. I would give zero starts

      If I could give 0 stars I would! Its been almost a month since Ive placed my order. *** contacted them 3 times for this issue and each time they give me a window to wait and my glasses are still not sent out! Horrible horrible experience for some one who needs their glasses this has been an inconvenience to say the least.

      Item was delayed ( 3 weeks ) which I didn't have a problem with because my primary use would be sunglasses. When item arrived it just came in a plain packing that could be opened an re sealed fairly easily. When I opened the package it was just the soft case and prescription card. My past orders came in protective cardboard so the glasses would not get crush during the shipping process. Sure enough the glasses were bent. I was also missing the packing invoice and the original sunglasses with cloth. My concern was someone during the process saw the package and stole the sunglass lens ( no prescription ) and also the inventory which I was not sure what personal information it contained. I immediately contacted glasses usa, but could not get in touch with a person just the phone run around and disconnect. I then tried online sms and the robot just kept my tires spinning with just suggestions. I then tried online email, but received the message that the emails were not monitored. I had a serious issue and could not get in touch with a representative. I tried live chat and after 30 minutes of just typing I wanted to speak with a representative over and over that I was able to speak with a person. I have ordered several pairs of glasses from glasses usa, but this will be the last time. I like the glasses and will probably order another set from another vendor once I get my refund. Buyer beware, this company use to be excellent with customer service. Also use a credit card that can intervene on your behalf if you have an issue with your order.

      Thi is the 3rd time I ordered from Glasses USA. The first time my prescription glasses were delayed and no pausable reason given which got me upset but I let it go. The glasses were good so I decided to give another shot. Glasses came with no delay. So I decided to purchase my husband's prescription glasses through them expecting the glasses no come in a decent timing. I have placed the order on January 14 and I have yet to receive the glasses. I've called twice with no results or explanation of why such a delay. I have received an email on 01/29/24 "We're writing to inform you that due to circumstances beyond our control, the production of your order #****xxxxx was delayed." ****** learned, never again.
