      Easy process, love how you can kinda see what the glasses look like on your actual face with their system. Check out process was easy first time ordering prescription glasses and it was a breeze saving up for more glasses

      The glasses are nice, but it doesn't look like it's Oakley glass. Also, I paid for expediting and it took twice as long to get them as the standard order without the rush fee. I wasn't refunded that fee either. I won't purchase from this company again.

      I paid a 30$ deductible so I can get my replacement glasses since my other pair broke. Its been weeks. I called customer service and they said I was supposed to return my old pair. I never received a email/letter of them asking my to return the damaged ones. I sent them the tracking number and they still havent had no progress on my order. It has been over a month!

      The glasses are a bit too wide for my face and the pupillary distance is curving down at the left side of the nose for close-up reading. Some measurements for the frames would be helpful. ****

      Terrible customer service. Every interaction is a programmed question and auto response. You CAN NOT TALK TO A LIVE HUMAN. I ordered from ****************** and they sent my order to GlassesUSA to be made. After 10 days I havent heard anything and I attempted to talk to a live person but failed. I finally resorted to calling a live sales person and pretending to want to upgrade my order.

      I am satisfied. I have some unusual very particular needs that even most optimologists get wrong, and I wish there was a text form for me to explain these before ordering, but what I received does work well enough and is cheaper than an optimologist would charge me. I would use them again but be more aggressive about exactly what I want.

      I sent both pairs of glasses back. The arms on both were so stretched out that they wouldn't stay on my face. Waiting on a refund at the moment.
