      I received my order, but the photometric transition I paid $89 extra for was not activated. I have tried every avenue to contact glasses usa to try and remedy the problem without any success. I DO NOT recommend Glasses USA because of non-existing customer service.

      On November 27th I placed an order and it was confirmed. But to this day, 14 days later 10 business days, my order is STILL being processed. They need 6 business days to make the lenses I need. But it's been 10 business days and I still haven't heard that my order has been completed and shipped.I contacted customer service and it was useless. A complete waste of time. And yes, I've talked to an agent. ***** is her name. I have the transcription! They didn't solve the problem or weren't closed to solving it. I tried contacting them on Instagram and ******** I have not received a response from them.Worst experience ever! If I could, I would give this company and their customer service 0 stars. 0!

      Worst service I've ever encountered. I ordered reading glasses that wouldve been a christmas present on Monday December 11. It was supposed to take 3 days before it ships. On Friday December 8 I spent whole day trying to find anything or anyone to help me and was going in automated h*** loop. Finally i reached sales service only to find out that its out of stock. Noone could send an email and let me know? Never been so angry with this process

      I received quality glasses and excellent customer support. I returned the first set of glasses ordered (progressives). They were high quality glasses without defect, but progressives did not work well for me. The exchange was easy / seamless, except that the returned glasses were lost by the ************ GlassesUSA gave me store credit for the lost glasses and allowed free exchange. I am very satisfied with the glasses and my experience with the company.

      Not totally satisfied but this was the 3rd try and I had to settle. The glasses are not as good in focus, but are good enough.

      They sent me the wrong prescription and is not possible to talk to a live person to return them. I tried 10 times to work through the process on their website but to no avail. The claim they have "live help" but that is fake. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

      Spent extra for expedited shipping. Not only is is late/lost, but its been a week since my first email to them with no response. There has since been 2 more emails sent with no response. Call center does not have an option to talk to an actual person. On there site, through the live chat, which is a bot, I filed for a replacement still without a response from them. Very disappointed.
