      Ordered prescription sunglasses and cancelled within an hour. 3 weeks later and SEVERAL emails no responses regarding refund. Will never use this company again

      I have never gone this far to leave a complaint about a business. But after waiting 2 weeks from my order with glassesusa: I get a text message confirming my returned item.I have never tried to return my ********* was concerned. I tried calling the phone number and live chat, to get no help for my situation.After about 30 minutes I finally speak to a representative who i can say tried her best. However mid conversation the message she sent was filled with typos (errors) I am disgusted with the lack of ************************* care. If I ever get my order I promise this will be my last time trying this site again.

      would never order from them again.frame on glasses failed after 6 months...they advertise a 365 day warranty...but ...they only warranty at 50% if you call their provided number, no ability to access a human to discuss issue...all phone options get pushed to their 'bot'go to ****** or **** club where they care!!!!!!!

      I cancelled my order right away. I gave them an old prescription. Now I've been waiting 28 daysand STILL haven't got my money. They keep saying I'll get it in a couple days. Do not trust this company.

      So I ordered glasses from this company and was told 4-6 days to make them. It is now the 19th and they still being made. There customer service is a joke and not willing to honest with you at all. Just lies after lies after lies. Still waiting on glasses. Not recommended

      ******** customer service!! You cannot speak to a live person, and I keep getting a canned answer concerning the delay of my glasses. It has been 3 weeks, and still no glasses or a valid answer as to when they will actually be shipped. All communications go through a bot, and sends you into a continuous loop. It this continues I will put in a dispute with my credit card company.

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE While the website experience for virtually trying on and purchasing frames/lenses is well-done, their customer service experience is literally horrible. The "live agents" on chat provide no specific information about orders or returns, only respond with canned responses from their script, you cannot speak with a human by phone, and they actually lie when they say "You'll receive an update by email in 1 business day." It's been 8 business days, and I still have yet to hear from them. They have my money, and I don't have my glasses. Will never buy from them again and will tell others the same.

      I made a purchase for contacts on March ******. They keep emailing me for a new update prescription whereas my strength hasn't changed. Everytime I call everything is automated. I put my order number in they say it doesn't work. I just want my money back. I'll never order from them again!!
