      I ordered glasses on the 4th of the month and paid for express shipping which was 3 to 5 days not only did I not receive the glasses but its been 10 days and I have been speaking with a bot I can not speak to a human. Do not order from this company

      It is a lie that they takes 6 days to make the glasses and another 7-10 days to ship. I have been waiting 18 days and now the recordings say another 10 days. I could not speak with a person when I called and it is a texting loop that doesnt help with anything. So worried I wont receive my glasses as I read these other reviews.

      Horrible experience attempting to get my glasses. 1) I was sent a email stating they couldnt fill my prescription with the chosen frame and to choose from a list of glasses with incorrect dimensions. 2) I found a good pair and replied to the email. A week later no response. 3) I looked on the website it said upload prescription to validate and four days later still the same.I NEED MY GLASSES FOR WORK IF I LOSE MY JOB I WILL BE HOLDING GLASSES USA RESPONSIBLE. Horrible experience

      Would do zero stars if allowed. Ordered glasses that were supposed to be DELIVERED next day for ***** shipping fee. Was sent a email that it would take 3 business days for production, reached out to costumer service who told me to disregard email, that glasses were marked high priority and would be shipped out and delivered next day. False advertising..Next day glasses were not delivered and costumer service told me that someone from a different department would reach out thru email to me, that never happened. Been 5 business days and still glasses has not shipped, and customer service told me that I will need to wait for someone to contact me regarding my order. GlassesUSA doesnt prioritize their customer as they say. Next day delivery is a scam 0/10 recommend this company.

      GlassesUSA is one of the worst places I have ever dealt with. I placed an order on Feb 22 for a pair of glasses. I received an e-mail stating that they have entered production the same day. I received another e-mail stating Due to circumstances beyond our control, the production of your order was delayed. My prescription is pretty strong and usually takes longer for labs to create so I really didnt think anything of it. . I have contacted the online customer support many times and every agent (I think Im up to 7 so far) keeps telling me the same thing. You can tell its a script and a really bad cut and paste job because its literally the same thing over and over. Ive tried calling the customer support number. Its just as bad as the live agents. The quality of the automated customer service line is horrendous and dont expect to talk to a real person. April 3rd I contacted customer service again and was told Upon checking, we received an update from the Production team on March 30. 2025. that the production completion of your order is today, April 3, 2025, and will be shipped out within the same day. If you still have not received an update that your order has been shipped by April 4, 2025, kindly reach back to us so that we can further assist you. I once again contacted customer service and was told that the dates they give are just time frames and there was nothing more they could do. Unfortunately, thats everything I can do at this point, so I'll need to end this chat to assist other customers. Be sure to check your email for an update, which you should receive within the next couple of business days. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Was the last thing that was said to **** would highly recommend you find a different place to order glasses from if you are considering this place.

      Terrible customer service, quick to charge but no responses and seems they will never ship.I ordered contacts and submitted all req'd information for prescription verification. After a delay I received an email stating the prescription could not be verified. I attempted to call for support but the automated system has NO means to actually speak with a person and very little useful information. Even the phone menu trees are broken resulting in infinite loops. Over the next 14+ days I sent follow up emails with no response. I also had two direct chats where I was informed they had everything needed and they would prioritize processing within 48 hours. Processing still hasn't proceeded and not a single email that I sent in response has had a reply sent. I called and got a physical copy of the prescription and sent it in, no response yet but we will ****** this point I can truly say this is the single worst customer experience I've ever had and it has the feel of scam rather than a functioning business. Heck scammers at least make an effort to communicate!This is a 110% do not use company, no customer service, empty promises of processing, and

      There is no customer service, only a.i. I put my credit card info in , never hit submit , changed my mind because something felt shady, I wanted to stick with the place I normally get contacts so I logged out. Well they charged my credit card even though I never hit submit. This place is a scam and unprofessional !

      I shouldve read some reviews. I was beyond hopeful that this would be a good experience. I placed the order for my frames, but didnt learn until after placing it that I didnt select the correct lenses. I had 3 conversations with the chat robot about correcting them and was eventually given an actual phone number for GlassesUSA customer service. I called on Thursday & spoke with someone named ****** to upgrade the lenses. ****** informed me that they were having a system issue and couldnt process any payments. He asked that I try calling back the following day. Friday, I called and had the pleasure of speaking to ******, AGAIN! Only to be told the exact same thing from Thursday: we havent had this issue before, its the first time this has happened, try again later Cool, so I told ****** to place a hold on my order. I dont want production to continue and they ship a pair of glasses that I cant use. I called today (Monday) & initially, my calls were being ENDED while trying to transfer to sales. Eventually, I reached someone new. Before I could really give information about my order other than my name, she says yea you were wanting to do an upgrade to polycarbonate but unfortunately the payment system still isnt working. I was alarmed, I hadnt given her THAT much information. Then she asks for my order number & proceeds to verify my personal info. She informs me, yet again, that the payment system isnt working. So I asked, are they still accepting new orders? To which she responds yes, so I asked why theyre still accepting new orders if theyre having an issue with processing payments. She hesitated and said she didnt have an answer for that. I asked to speak to a boss/manager/supervisor, and apparently management doesnt exist. I asked if there was still a hold placed on my order, only to find out that a hold was never placed. At that point, I requested a full refund. She said that Ill receive an email and I hung up. I just want to see clearly!!!

      Canceling an order is almost impossible. ********************************************************************************************************** FULL in a few days. This site is a scam. No customer service just an endless loop of options taking you back to the main menu.

      I received glasses and clip-ons on a Friday. I returned within 2 days, the following Monday. The website finally posted that they had the glasses. They did not post that I had sent back the clip-ons. Today, instead of a refund, another of my pay-in-four ****** payments went through. I wish I could speak with a human. I would like the money returned so I can buy glasses that fit.
