      My name is *************************** I ordered a pair of glasses from this company and never received them I tried to call but its impossible to talk to anyone stay away this is a scam they will take your money and not send you anything

      I'm totally confused by the negative reviews I've come across here since I've only had positive experiences with this company. I've now ordered 3 pairs of glasses from them and have been totally satisfied with each pair. I did return 2 pairs with their very convenient return policy. Those returns were simply due to one pair being too small and one pair where I wasn't happy with the look on me. Each time the return was easy and a store credit (which I chose over a refund) was promptly applied once they received the return(s). I then simply ordered 2 different pairs. They have always been prompt with their email correspondences regarding the production and shipping process. I just received a pair today in the mail which were ordered with the store credit. Once again I'm completely satisfied, and I love the look! The frames are always great quality, the prescription is always accurate (but I also supply them with an accurate written prescription from my eye doctor) and the packaging is top notch. They do take at least 2 weeks to receive but I think that's understandable since it's an online business and ecommerce must flood the delivery services. I really hope whatever glitches the business may be having, which all businesses do, they remedy them so that I can continue to do get great glasses and relatively inexpensive prices. I am a totally satisfied customer.

      This company is dishonest and unreliable They take your money for glasses and say it will be 7 days in production. Here it is 14 days later and all they say is "it's in production." No manager is available. No response from customer service. I've called. I've "live chatted." I'm email. No response. Do NOT trust this company. Do NOT do business with these people. You will be as sorry as I am. They take your money and do not provide the agreed upon services or materials.

      If you try to call their company you cannot speak to a actual person anymore! I have a 1-year warranty on my glasses and I am not getting any response from them as far as a replacement. They don't even have an option to do that on their website. I paid $39 for a warranty that is worthless. In reading some of the other reviews it appears that if they don't stock your exact model of frames anymore, they won't honor your warranty.

      While the price was decent, I have two complaints. One, I called to change my color tint for my bifocals and spoke to representatives on two separate occasions and was assured they had my tint as gray not brown. And yes my glasses came with brown tint. So this brings me to my #2 complaint: after ordering or pressing whichever number on the phone specified as upgrade option to change color, I could no longer reach ANY representative through many phone calls! The only option I was given was to cancel my order and send back for reimbursement (which would leave me without glasses again). So I chose to keep these glasses even though they were not as I ordered. Other than that, my glasses are fine. So my rating of two is based on customer service. Either lack of reaching someone altogether or reaching representatives that failed to do the one thing I asked of them.

      My first time ordering from Glasses USA and couldn't be happier. The prescription sunglasses and the regular glasses were "right on", reasonably priced, and the shipping was very fast. Am looking forward to ordering my bifocals and hope I'm as satisfied with them.

      There **************** is so amazing. They respond quickly to every question I may have. Great selection on eyewear and they have designer glasses!!! I love my new Coach glasses!!!

      This company is absolutely the worst company I've EVER dealt with. NO one should order from them. 8/25: order placed 8/26: order confirmation with NO delivery information (*******************)8/28: they only have 6 or 8 boxes available to ship (***************************)9/5: refund credit for 2 boxes 9/11: telling me they are out of stock (***********************)I tried calling them repeatedly and all you get is a recording with NO way to talk to anyone. The 'live chat' is NOT live but a computer that has NO answers. I've sent emails with NO response. I've tried to cancel my order and get a refund with absolutely NO response. I have no idea how they stay in business. I want my money returned.

      I have told by company that there is a warranty for 1 year, after 10 months I had issues with the lenses there were too many scratches, frame issues, decided to ask for help. They accepted the errors on product and offered me 71$ store credit to change lenses. I was paid 82$ for frame and 29$ for lenses previously so I thought 71$ is very generous. However they said they can not produce lenses without frames, so I need to buy together. If I but together I need to pay 40$ extra on top of 71$ credit which is more than 29$ lenses I purchased before. How come warranty makes it more expensive? If you can not produce lenses without frames that is not my problem, why am I paying for a service I did not ask for? Eventually they said warranty pays for 50% okay 29$ lenses pay half 15$, I am okay with that, but no! They insist I have to but with frame. For a company who sells BOGO, 50% off is not a warranty.

      This was a first time online glasses purchase for me, and I was hesitant. But, I'm so glad I did this, and that I chose Glasses USA ! I ordered 3 pair. Loved the look of all of them,however the one pair wasn't quite right to correct my vision. I had no problem contacting them. They promptly remade that one pair of glasses, at no cost to me. I would highly recommend this company. Lots of pairs to "try on", good service, and at a much lower cost . Overall, I was very pleased, and will definitely order again with them.
