    ******** customer service. I ordered five bottles of colonge they delivered four and they told me that the next one will be delivered in a couple of days. When I track my package I saw that it was returned to the sender when I call them to inquire about why it wasn't delivered they told me that the carrier couldn't find my address because there were no apartment # I ask what you mean you'll delivered part of my order two days ago and that should've been with the order in the first place I order all the same time and you'll delivered part of the order two days ago so they can't find my address, they said it was a different carrier when I try to talk to them they said goodbye and hang up on me Icall back about four times to encounter the same nasty and disrespectful behavior from customer service, I call back again to ask them to put my money back into my account they told me that when the package reach back to their wearhouse then I'll get my money and hang up on me again I never had the product or see tne product but they refuse to refund me back my money .That was a gift and I never received it and had to go and spend more money again to get a gift ,I spent over $200 and these people are so disrespectful I don't know how they're still in business they have my address in their system with all of the information so when the carrier call or contacted them and said they don't have my apartment # they could've given it to them up to the time of writing this they still have my money.

    Sent me email with pricing otheir Gv2 By Gevril Potente Blue Dial Men's Watch Item No. *****B for a price of $389 then click on it and it's over $1000. They don't respond to email or phone. Complete waste of time. *****!

    If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased 2 ******* clips from Jomas Shop on 03/10/25. They listed both as in stock. I only received one of the two. They make it impossible to speak with anyone. You have to chat first then they give you some generic response. Somehow I was able to get a phone call and then waited over 1 hour to get a live person on the phone. That person told me that they didn't have a ******* box and asked me if they could ship it in a regular box. I replied yes as it is for me. Again, no shipment. I then try to cancel the remainder of shipment and they send email that they can't as it's already in process. A total run around. I have disputed with my credit card. On April 10th after disputing with my credit card I receive email from them that they were sorry they couldn't fill the remainder of my order and they would credit. I have not received a credit yet and it is April 21st 2025. What I really think happened as they offer these ******* items at half price. Then they only ship one but charge for both making the customer think they were getting a deal. If I wanted regular price I would have purchased directly from ******* or other reputable retailer. IF IT LOOKS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT USUALLY IS!!!!!!!

    Watch came without the box. **************** wait time is sometimes over 90 minutes. **************** is very unprofessional, rude and hang up the phone. After weeks of being on wait with no response to email, I would not recommend this store.

    Ordered my wife's fragrance which had been discontinued everywhere. They showed they had it in stock. When I ordered everything looked correct. The picture was correct. Then I get the shipping confirmation days later and the picture is different. Same name and I tried to reach out and got no answer. The only option that you have is cancel the order or wait for it to come and return it. I figured maybe the picture could just be wrong and everything would work out that was giving them too much credit. Obviously when you order fragrances the bottle being a different bottle makes a huge difference because it's not going to smell the same. When it did arrive it was a different fragrance as I assumed was going to be the case. Reached out to tell them and my only option is to return it but they're going to stick me with the shipping now because it says they will refund if they sent you the wrong item but according to their shipping they sent me what they said they sent me but it was not what I ordered. So they bait and switch very underhanded. Very crappy business. No customer service, will not trust to order anything from them nor should you.

    Context: Today, April 19 2025, they replied to a trustpilot review: *********************************************************** Here's my response to that mediocre reply:Watch: Tissot Seastar 1000 Chronograph Quartz Initial cost: $229 + shipping to ******** (around $300 in total if Im not mistaken)Date purchased: February 17 of 2024 Damaged: November 2024 (don't know the exact day, but it was in November).Sent back to ******** in December 2024 (as I had to ask a friend who lives in ******* to take the watch back to the ** with her). Regardless, it was still under warranty (within 12 months of date of purchase).Got an automated email from Jomashop on Feb 27 2025: "We are pleased to inform you that the service intervention of your timepiece is now completed and it is on the way back to you." Nothing about what this person is telling me here in their reply though..I noticed on Mar 17 that my friend hadn't mentioned anything about the watch. I thought it was weird for the watch to still be in transit, and I then noticed that the tracking number from *** said it had been delivered already (Now it's "not available" but it said that it was delivered to an address in ************, even though my friend lives in ******* -and the automated email had the right address by the way-).I contacted jomashop customer service on that same day.They replied saying "Your order has already been shipped. Please see tracking information below...Please feel free to contact us should you need any further assistance."This new tracking number, again, shows that whatever they sent, it was delivered to ********, ***Since then (it's been over a month now), I haven't received a clear response from anybody. No watch, no warranty, no ********** they just told me... good luck to me.

    Ive been shopping on ******** for a long timemostly for fragrances, but also for clothing and jewelry. Everything has always been 100% authentic, which I really appreciate.
