    I ordered 5 perfumes, they sent me an email that two of them were unavailable, but I never got a refund and now the order says delivered. Contacted customer service and started a chat, then they ignored my responses. I made a second order like an idiot. And it's happening again. One out of three items were sent. I'm done with this horrible company that cannot fulfill the orders they take. I had read good reviews on ****** but they lied, probably employees of the company giving positive reviews.

    I have purchased from Jomashop on 3 different occasions & each time I have come away impressed. The website is nicely organized, prices are excellent, delivery was on time or early & finally, the few times I has to call the customer service, I was generally satisfied. I would rate a 4.5-star, but I have to choose 4 or 5!

    BUYERS BEWARE! Bought a watch and wore it for 2 days but wouldn't hold time. Now they won't refund it because I wore it? How else did you expect me to figure out if it's functional? Now I have to wait 8 WEEKS for you to service it? RIPOFF! Give me my freaking money back or send me a NEW watch! Order#: ********

    So far, I have bought 3 watches from jomashop. The online shopping and purchasing experience was straightforward and easy. They have a great selection in all categories and almost always the best price. This suited me since I was looking for bargains in the $100-$200 range. Communication and delivery were on par with any other legit business. I returned one watch because I didn't like it once I saw it in person (nothing to fault the seller for). The return process and refund were straightforward. I love the watches I bought (and kept)--an orient classic quartz and a tissot t-classic everytime. I plan to buy from jomashop again when I'm ready to make a bigger watch purchase.

    I sent back a Omega Aqua Terra watch for repair 4 months ago and can't get an answer on when the repair will be completed. The watch was $2200.00 and my bad for buying an expensive watch on the grey market. ******** has returned a couple of emails without an answer when the watch will be returned and refuse to provide a refund. I had the watch for about 2 years well within the warranty period. I called several times with the same result.My advise, stay away from Jomashop.

    A friend introduced me to Jomashop.com in 2018, since that time I have purchased multiple pens, watches and personal care products from the company. I have always been 100% satisfied with the products I've purchased from Jomashop.com, not one complaint! I understand that some of the items I've purchased are excess inventory or unsold inventory that comes from other parts of the world (primarily Europe from what I can tell by reading the labels), but each product (especially the pens) are authentic and in perfect condition. I've recommended Jomashop.com to friends and family members alike. I will continue to shop the website for luxury products that are sold at an affordable price!

    I recently ordered my third pair of ****** sunglasses through Jomashop and had another great experience. I didn't need to contact **************** this time, but when I returned the very first pair I ordered several years ago (just because they didn't fit), the process went very smoothly.
