    **************** **** both a cologne from them and it didnt showed up. I called them like 20 time and they say they cant do nothing about it. Their customer service is so ****. Worst place to shop.

    My first time buying a watch from jomashop. The transaction went smoothly and they promised 5 days delivery which went by without a communication. Called the office which is closed for religious holiday for the last 2 days. Their phone answering didn't say the closing days, which is not a good communication practice.I hope their business is legitimate, however I will take my business somewheresle.

    I was hesitant to at first purchase from them as I had never heard of them and nor have I heard any other ********* I watch mention them.I have a ******* channel, ******** ******, and I can say I am very pleased with this company! I'm surprised more people don't talk about them. I know I definitely will be giving them good words.I made a followup purchase from the website. Thats how you know I thought it was good. They got a returning customer here!

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!Purchased perfume, they sent tester. Sent an email that they sent a tester in a brown box and I want to return. They emailed saying they are offering $5 for refund if I want to keep the product. I said no, please send a prepaid return label. They sent it and told me I will be charged $18 if I use the label. Ridiculous! I don't know why this website is still in business. Worst customer service experience ever! Up until n ow issue has not been resolved! Takes days for them to reply to my email.

    Just purchased and received what I was led to believe was a brand new ************************* $9,800 retail watch. Supposed to have new box and original papers, certificate of authenticity, etc.I GOT NONE OF THAT! Box is broken and coming apart in several areas. UNBELIEVABLE! STAY AWAY.Now they are dodging my questions after 6 emails as to where the certificate of authenticity is and owners manual. The worst possible place you can buy a high end luxury watch. PERIOD.

    Order made on 9/22 and still don't ship as of 9/27- no once answer the call or rely the email even multiple attempts.
