    I received a wrong color watch. I contacted customer service and was told I needed to upload photos from the item, tag, sticker & shipping label which I did within 10 minutes of receiving the order. It has been 3 days of chatting and calling, and I still did not receive the return label. I just spoke to customer service and was told that I will need to take the package to the post office since they do not offer *** pick up service. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there are none available and they cannot guarantee a call back. This is ridiculous since there was an error on their part, I am not at fault here. Where is their customer service?????

    I had a great experience. I liked their website and payment interface which seemed to me unique. Shipping was quick. My watch is awesome. Got it for a good price. Will buy from Jomashop again.

    I purchased a brand new but slightly older model of watch made by *****. It came brand new with box and papers, in perfect working condition as described. Shipping was fast enough (maybe a week, but I ordered on a holiday weekend), the watch is beautiful and cost me significantly less than the list price on the box. Im really happy with my purchase, and I think Ill use Jomashop next time Im looking for a watch too.

    This is my third purchase from a wonderful Jomashop! Two brand new Longines in the past, and now a pre owened Panerai ************************ with awesome bracelet! The watch came with a gorgeous wooden box and all the paperwork intact! I requested it to be shipped overnight and it came in as expected! When I opened the box, much to my very pleasant surprise, the watch that was made in **** looked brand spanking new! I now wore it for a few weeks and it keeps perfect time and is supremely comfortable on my wrist! The lume is simply great and very visible throughout the night! Not to mention a great priceVery happy with my purchase and dealing with this wonderful company! Thank you!

    Worst business practice order was supposed to ship 1-3 business days and I paid extra for a next day air shipping, been weeks already nothing delivered. When I call rude representative named ****** said in rudely manner that they dont have the watch in stock. Why would you advertise something as a 1-3 day shipping if you dont even have that in stock. Looks like these people just want to get hold of your money with fake advertisements and illegal activities

    Horrible! Buyers Beware!!!I purchased an Omega Seamaster through Jomashop. I was so excited to receive the watch at a great price. However, when the box arrived it felt very light. I opened up the box, no watch inside. No omega box, nothing!These guys really dont care. Ive called many times, left emails, and everything. I just wanted to clear things up and get my money back. They only said your claim is being processed its been weeksSeriously run away from these guys, the fact that I received a box that had no watch in it, also not even the right brand of watch box its absolutely ridiculous. Spend your money on someone else but these guys, theyre crooks!! So please buyers beware!!!

    I placed an order for $4,774 for a Premium watch on Monday August 29, 2022. The item is listed as in-stock, ships in 1-3 business days. I paid additional for 1 day shipping assuming it should arrive on Friday September 2, 2022. I patiently waited for shipping information and called Thursday September 1, to verify it will ship today. The employee from customer support claimed I didnt order it until august 31, which I have the email invoice from them stating ordered Monday August 29. She then said sorry, the watch is not in stock and would not ship until they received stock and no estimate could be given. After informing her how ridiculous it is to advertise something in stock, then not informing the customer its not until the customer calls in asking for an update. She only offered to sell me a different watch that they could ship. Mind you this is a $4,000+ watch, people tend to be specific in their wants when spending what most consider a large chunk of money. To me its just a bait and switch practice and at the least a poor way to handle the sale of a premium good. The good news is.. they sent me a $5 off coupon for my next my order as if $5 is 1/10 of the expedited shipping cost I paid for the item. Be wary with this company. I really hoped this grey area watch market site was as reputable as they lead customers to believe.
