    These people charged me for next day shipping. 10 days have passed since I placed my order but they still haven't sent anything. After I contacted them they don't give a damn.

    This is truly a terrible company Wanted to make a return and was taken through a whole song and dance to get the order approved to send back.The customer service is HORRIFIC. Every customer service *** I spoke to is miserable and you get a different story every time you call in. They do not stand behind their customers at all and you can tell that they don't care to.Yes, they have good prices. I'll give them that.However their post sales support is a joke. It's terrible. There are many places to buy luxury goods at a fair price that will always take care of their customer and make you a priory.Jomashop is not one of ******* yourself a favor, buy from a company that values you as a paying customer. Because I assure you, ******** does not.

    I have had a very impressive experience with them. I ordered a watch and realized it was going to be too big and they were kind. Enough to cancel it and replace it with the watch. I wanted and I just received it. And I felt like customer support on the phone.And everything really was quite nice!

    ******** is one of my favorite online shops to buy designer, niche and middle eastern fragrances at affordable prices. Shipping and handling has been a bonus, with no damaged bottles or lost packages. I have ordered from ******** many times and can highly recommend them.

    Worst customer service ever. Purchased an item $165 from them with issue. Called customer service and submitted photos. They didnt reach out. Called back after 3 days, they said they didnt see any problem and offered me $5. Are you kidding me? I requested for a return and refund. The *** muted me. I asked for speaking to a supervisor, she said no supervisor available for my call with this issue. Well I pointed out I wanted to filed a complaints for customer service. She laughted and said she would disconnect my call. What a joke. Never order anything from this place. Heck no!

    Ordered from them a handful of times (a watch and some perfumes) but their stuff is legit, and they deliver on time. Id shop from them again.
