    they buy fake merchandise from fraud suppliers and have been caught on it a few times. They have no authenticity document and have the cheapest price because they are selling fake. avoid at all cost.

    By far the worst customer service. Placed an order after an issue with my previous order so had to use the extend card and my **************** (split payment). Both cards were approved which I have screenshots. Well two days later on Sunday the 17th they send an email saying that the order was denied as they weren't able to verify my information. Both cards were charged and approved and now show on my online statement from credit card as well as the original screenshots showing approved for each of the cards. I have contacted Jomashop by phone and email with my concerns but get no response. Ive asked for a manager to contact me but I also get no response. I finally get somebody on the phone today with Jomashop but she says the manager isnt there and agrees that the cards should not have been charged and then suddenly two days later cancel the order. I reached out to extend which is the other card I used other than my credit card and they said that it should not have been cancelled two days later after it was already approved. I had promised codes I used for a sale price to which is not valid anymore as well as I ordered last Friday in order to assure I had the item for this Friday for a special occasion. I have spent a lot of time trying to get this taken care of and get Jomashop to stand behind their mistake. I feel this should be taken as a learning ****** for Jomashop and my time accounted into the resolution of the issue. ******** does not treat their customers right.

    I purchased a Citizen Divemaster Pro Eco titanium watch for my sons HS graduation. 2 months later, we floated down a river and he noticed water in the dial. Upon further inspection, the crown fell off. (Gone). I attempted to contact Jomashop by email for warrenty work and no reply. I contacted Citizen and customer service was very helpful. I shipped Citizen the watch and about 2 weeks later provided me a bill. It was more than the watch. They explained if I purchased the watch from them they would fix/ replace the watch under warranty, but since it was purchased from a Grey Vendor, I would have to pay. Citizen returned the watch free of charge. I attempted again to reach out to ******** and after several attempts, I was informed this watch is not under warranty because they do not have the parts to repair the watch and it has water damage. After several emails going back and forth, they explained there is nothing they can do. So I am out almost $400 and my son is out a graduation present and the watch was only 2 months old. Please do not purchase from them. Warranties are not accepted at the manufacturer. Learned my ****** the hard way.

    Jomas Shop is a Borderline *****************. I purchased a ******* **** watch. The watch was running slow when I received it. I tried adjusting it every 24 hours for 3 days, but within few hours it became slow again. So, I returned it. After receiving the watch back **** Tracking), it took them one month and 3 phone calls to get my refund back. In my last phone call, I threatened to take legal action. And surprisingly, the credit showed up on my credit card, the very next ****** one should buy watches from them - you are just risking your money. And the authenticity of the watches is doubtful at best. After I purchased the watch, I started thinking, how they can sell a new watch 40% below market, even from the grey market.There is something to this Company, and some authority should investigate the sources of their products.

    Subject: Urgent Action Required on Order ******** – Fraudulent Activity, Not a Delay I expect the Better Business Bureau to act promptly, as I have already informed them of the fraudulent activities of your company. This is the second time you have committed this crime. Sir, this is not a delay; it is a deception on your part. I have placed two orders with you, both intended as gifts for a birthday, and neither has arrived. You are nothing short of criminals. I repeat, this is not a delay—it is an outright criminal act of theft. I am reaching out regarding my order ********, placed over two weeks ago. Despite my patience, this item has yet to arrive. Your customer service has been impossible to reach, and the lack of communication from your side is utterly disappointing. I demand an immediate response and a full refund, as well as an explanation for this unacceptable experience. Show some responsibility and respond at once.

    Absolute scammers! If its a bargain, it is to good to be true. Rather avoid and go with paying a little more from a reputable dealer who will honor warranties and not s**** you over like Joma does each and every single time.
